Direction and Guidance

We’re all looking for our direction. Remote Year Polaris is for those seeking their own “North Star”, a guiding light to point them down the path toward living a life of their own creation. With a vibrant community in tow, you’ll set out on a journey of geographic and self-exploration, living and working in Latin America, Asia, Europe, and Africa. At every crossroads, you’ll look to the skies, check in with your gut, and recalibrate. This is your time, and this is where you were meant to be.

Kuala Lumpur is a fusion of concrete jungle and natural rainforests. It is a multicultural melting pot with three main races: Malay, Chinese, and Indian. The abundance of diversity offers a unique look at multiple cultures, languages, and religions coexisting peacefully together. Discover a smorgasbord of cuisines, traditions, and natural wonders in this little known Asian metropolis that has long served as a cultural gateway between East and West.
