Valencia
Valencia, Spain in March (during Fallas) โan exhilarating time of year. Rich in Valenciaโs history and culture. The accommodations were extraordinary: modern, well-furnished (coffee maker, washer, comfortable seating and beds, etc.) The local experiences were wonderful. Marina (community leader) connected us with some amazing professionals for everything from cooking lessons to the history and politics of Fallas.
This was my first Remote Year trip. The others in my group were diverse in age, backgrounds, and careers. Most people prioritized their work/work hours, so you are able to be quite productive without having to swim upstream. And there were plenty of opportunities to socialize and thoroughly enjoy the city throughout the month. Iโm actually writing this review on the last day of my trip. If April had any availability at all, I would just stay here one more month!
