Innate: Innate Basecamp 🇵🇹

I have now personally done two Innate co-lives, one in Sri Lanka and more recently one in Portugal and both have been transformational in different ways. The opportunity to connect with people from all walks of life, with their own experiences. The opportunity to co-create, collaborate on projects and make life-long friendship with individuals from around the world.

I will definitely be returning to another one, as it is well-organised, not too serious and a whole load of fun! For someone that works online, in solitude most of the time, it is a pleasure to be apart of a community whilst still developing my business.

Done a month with Innate colive in South Portugal, the venue was superb, the group became like family within weeks and it was both inspiring and relaxing.

My first month with Innate was undoubtedly one of the most nourishing and transformational experiences of my life.

Spending time with the innate community has demonstrated through experience, the incredible power and beauty of living within a community of kind, generous, heart-led people.

Since my initial experience in December '23, I have returned to three more co-lives and have continued to look for more ways to bring a sense of community into my daily life.

The principle value behind Innate is to create a space in which people can live connected to themselves, to others and to nature. It's a truly beautiful experience for anyone on 'the middle path', which is to say - anchored in spirit and connection while acknowledging and thriving in our modern capitalist society.

Harry, the founder, is the definition of a heart-led entrepreneur. It's clear from both his words and his actions that he deeply cares about the experiences he creates.

Some of the most joyful experiences of my life have been within innate co-lives - 10 / 10

I attended the meditation co live in September and it was an absolute experience. They hosted it in a beautiful quinta in the north of Portugal. It was really well organised. The teachers and team were so knowledgeable and warm. Adrian and Harry created a really nice space for the month.
I also attended another 4-day retreat that Innate organised in October.
I've signed up for their November yoga colive as they are loads of fun and opportunity to learn and grow as a person. Plus a chance to meet like-minded people interested in health and well-being.
I would highly recommend Innate.

I had the pleasure of spending a month with Innate during April 2024. This incredible project offers a fantastic opportunity for people to reconnect with themselves and the community by providing a safe space where participants can explore and improve various aspects of their lives. I made many new friends and learned a lot of new things in the beautiful, sunny environment of Portugal, which only enhanced the experience. I will definitely be joining another colive next year—can't wait!

I didn't really have any expectations of my Innate co-live in Portugal, other than trying something new and a little different. But, wow, it may very well have been a life changing moment for me. In the security of community you really have a great chance to learn a lot about yourself! I can see me making this a yearly thing!

I went to the colive in North Portugal in May 2023 and had the most incredible time of my life. I never realised how beautiful living in community could be and the people who I was fortune to live alongside were some of the most beautiful souls I’ve ever met. I’ve never felt so seen and loved for who I am, being my true self.

Harry has created the most beautiful community of likeminded souls and I feel so grateful to be part of the Innate family now! Edgar is also fantastic at bringing people together and assisting Harry run the colives!

I had a few people from my colive travel from all over, including 2 people flying in to come to my 30th birthday party on NYE! We haven’t talked all the time since the colive as life is busy for us all, we have checked in, but that bond is so strong when I said do you want to come, the answer was of course!

Aside from the beautiful people and friends that I made, mediating every morning and evening, in that beautiful routine and the workshops we all put on were life changing, I’ll remember it for the rest of my life!

I can’t wait to go to another one and I’m so excited for Innate’s future! Hope to see you at one soon ☺️

Unsure how to summarize this, because my experience at the colive was simply ineffable... What a mind blowing way of living, I truly enjoyed every bit of it. The combination of finding stillness through meditation, combined with lots of laugher with a bunch of lovely people, ánd still getting a lot of creativity boosts in my business, was simply invaluable. The connections I was able to find here in Portugal, both with lost parts of myself as well as with others human beings, can be called nothing less than profound. If you are still in doubt, I kindly urge you to stop that immediately ;-) Trust me, this will be the best investment you are able to provide yourself with. Thank me later!

The colive I did in November - December 2023 was simultaneously on of the most transformative, as well as the warmest experiences in my life.

A container that combines continuous meditation practise with a great teacher with vibes of a summer camp while being surrounded by amazing human beings. Living with a group of people sharing similar values but also life stages is rare experience in modern world - but one that to me felt just so innate (pun intended). And I believe the fact that after the end of the month people simply do not want to leave and opt for post-colive stays just speaks for the level of human connection that builds. Feels like I have gained a new family, all within just one month.

Already looking forward to my next colive experiences!

I was an a Co-live event in Portugal. I met some great people there I will stay in touch with.
I got some solid work done and had a gentle introduction into one month in Portugal as the team at innate handled all things accommodation & location which was a bit help for me.
I am very grateful for my experience there.
