Innate: Carvoeiro, Portugal 🇵🇹

Done a month with Innate colive in South Portugal, the venue was superb, the group became like family within weeks and it was both inspiring and relaxing.

I attended the meditation co live in september and it was an absolute experience. they hosted it in a beautiful quinta in the north of portugal. it was really well organised. the teachers and team were so knowledgeable and warm. adrian and harry created a really nice space for the month. i also attended another 4-day retreat that innate organised in october. i've signed up for their november yoga colive as they are loads of fun and opportunity to learn and grow as a person. plus a chance to meet like-minded people interested in health and well-being. i would highly recommend innate.

I had the pleasure of spending a month with Innate during April 2024. This incredible project offers a fantastic opportunity for people to reconnect with themselves and the community by providing a safe space where participants can explore and improve various aspects of their lives. I made many new friends and learned a lot of new things in the beautiful, sunny environment of Portugal, which only enhanced the experience. I will definitely be joining another colive next year—can't wait!

I didn't really have any expectations of my Innate co-live in Portugal, other than trying something new and a little different. But, wow, it may very well have been a life changing moment for me. In the security of community you really have a great chance to learn a lot about yourself! I can see me making this a yearly thing!

If you’re thinking about booking an Innate trip… just book it!I went to the colive in North Portugal in May 2023 and had the most incredible time of my life. I never realised how beautiful living in community could be and the people who I was fortune to live alongside were some of the most beautiful souls I’ve ever met. I’ve never felt so seen and loved for who I am, being my true self. Harry has created the most beautiful community of likeminded souls and I feel so grateful to be part of the Innate family now! Edgar is also fantastic at bringing people together and assisting Harry run the colives! I had a few people from my colive travel from all over, including 2 people flying in to come to my 30th birthday party on NYE! We haven’t talked all the time since the colive as life is busy for us all, we have checked in, but that bond is so strong when I said do you want to come, the answer was of course! Aside from the beautiful people and friends that I made, mediating every morning and evening, in that beautiful routine and the workshops we all put on were life changing, I’ll remember it for the rest of my life! I can’t wait to go to another one and I’m so excited for Innate’s future! Hope to see you at one soon ☺️Thanks Harry for creating this beautiful community! ❤️
