Innate: Innate Basecamp 🇵🇹

Ya he hecho personalmente dos co-lives de Innate, uno en Sri Lanka y más recientemente uno en Portugal, y ambos han sido transformadores de formas distintas. La oportunidad de conectar con gente de todos los ámbitos de la vida, con sus propias experiencias. La oportunidad de co-crear, colaborar en proyectos y hacer amistades para toda la vida con personas de todo el mundo.

Sin duda volveré a otro, porque está bien organizado, no es demasiado serio y es muchísima diversión. Para alguien que trabaja online, en soledad la mayor parte del tiempo, es un placer formar parte de una comunidad mientras sigo desarrollando mi negocio.

I have now personally done two Innate co-lives, one in Sri Lanka and more recently one in Portugal and both have been transformational in different ways. The opportunity to connect with people from all walks of life, with their own experiences. The opportunity to co-create, collaborate on projects and make life-long friendship with individuals from around the world.

I will definitely be returning to another one, as it is well-organised, not too serious and a whole load of fun! For someone that works online, in solitude most of the time, it is a pleasure to be apart of a community whilst still developing my business.

Hice un mes con Innate colive en el sur de Portugal, el lugar era magnífico, el grupo se convirtió en familia en cuestión de semanas y fue a la vez inspirador y relajante.

Done a month with Innate colive in South Portugal, the venue was superb, the group became like family within weeks and it was both inspiring and relaxing.

Mi primer mes con Innate fue sin duda una de las experiencias más nutritivas y transformadoras de mi vida.

Pasar tiempo con la comunidad de Innate ha demostrado, a través de la experiencia, el increíble poder y belleza de vivir dentro de una comunidad de gente amable, generosa y guiada por el corazón.

Desde mi experiencia inicial en diciembre del 23, he vuelto a otros tres co-lives y he seguido buscando más formas de llevar un sentido de comunidad a mi vida diaria.

El valor principal que hay detrás de Innate es crear un espacio en el que la gente pueda vivir conectada consigo misma, con los demás y con la naturaleza. Es una experiencia verdaderamente hermosa para cualquiera que esté en "el camino del medio", es decir, anclado en el espíritu y la conexión a la vez que reconoce y prospera en nuestra moderna sociedad capitalista.

Harry, el fundador, es la definición de un emprendedor guiado por el corazón. Se nota tanto por sus palabras como por sus acciones que le importan de verdad las experiencias que crea.

My first month with Innate was undoubtedly one of the most nourishing and transformational experiences of my life.

Spending time with the innate community has demonstrated through experience, the incredible power and beauty of living within a community of kind, generous, heart-led people.

Since my initial experience in December '23, I have returned to three more co-lives and have continued to look for more ways to bring a sense of community into my daily life.

The principle value behind Innate is to create a space in which people can live connected to themselves, to others and to nature. It's a truly beautiful experience for anyone on 'the middle path', which is to say - anchored in spirit and connection while acknowledging and thriving in our modern capitalist society.

Harry, the founder, is the definition of a heart-led entrepreneur. It's clear from both his words and his actions that he deeply cares about the experiences he creates.

Some of the most joyful experiences of my life have been within innate co-lives - 10 / 10

Asistí al coliving de meditación en septiembre y fue una experiencia absoluta. Lo organizaron en una preciosa quinta en el norte de Portugal. Estaba muy bien organizado. Los profesores y el equipo tenían mucho conocimiento y eran muy cálidos. Adrian y Harry crearon un espacio muy agradable durante el mes.
También asistí a otro retiro de 4 días que Innate organizó en octubre.
Me he apuntado a su coliving de yoga de noviembre porque son muy divertidos y una oportunidad para aprender y crecer como persona. Además, una oportunidad de conocer a gente afín interesada en la salud y el bienestar.
Recomiendo mucho Innate.

I attended the meditation co live in September and it was an absolute experience. They hosted it in a beautiful quinta in the north of Portugal. It was really well organised. The teachers and team were so knowledgeable and warm. Adrian and Harry created a really nice space for the month.
I also attended another 4-day retreat that Innate organised in October.
I've signed up for their November yoga colive as they are loads of fun and opportunity to learn and grow as a person. Plus a chance to meet like-minded people interested in health and well-being.
I would highly recommend Innate.

Tuve el placer de pasar un mes con Innate en abril de 2024. Este increíble proyecto ofrece una oportunidad fantástica para que la gente se reconecte consigo misma y con la comunidad, proporcionando un espacio seguro donde los participantes pueden explorar y mejorar diversos aspectos de su vida. Hice muchos amigos nuevos y aprendí muchas cosas nuevas en el precioso y soleado entorno de Portugal, que no hizo más que mejorar la experiencia. Sin duda me uniré a otro colive el año que viene. ¡No veo la hora!

I had the pleasure of spending a month with Innate during April 2024. This incredible project offers a fantastic opportunity for people to reconnect with themselves and the community by providing a safe space where participants can explore and improve various aspects of their lives. I made many new friends and learned a lot of new things in the beautiful, sunny environment of Portugal, which only enhanced the experience. I will definitely be joining another colive next year—can't wait!

En realidad no tenía ninguna expectativa de mi co-live de Innate en Portugal, aparte de probar algo nuevo y un poco distinto. Pero, ¡wow!, bien pudo ser un momento que me cambió la vida. En la seguridad de la comunidad tienes una gran oportunidad de aprender muchísimo sobre ti mismo. ¡Puedo verme convirtiendo esto en algo anual!

I didn't really have any expectations of my Innate co-live in Portugal, other than trying something new and a little different. But, wow, it may very well have been a life changing moment for me. In the security of community you really have a great chance to learn a lot about yourself! I can see me making this a yearly thing!

Si estás pensando en reservar un viaje de Innate... ¡reserva y ya!
Fui al colive del norte de Portugal en mayo de 2023 y viví el mejor momento de mi vida. Nunca me había dado cuenta de lo hermoso que puede ser vivir en comunidad y las personas con las que tuve la suerte de convivir fueron algunas de las almas más hermosas que he conocido. Nunca me había sentido tan vista y querida por quien soy, siendo mi verdadero yo.

Harry ha creado la comunidad más hermosa de almas afines y me siento muy agradecida de formar parte ahora de la familia Innate. ¡Edgar también es fantástico reuniendo a la gente y ayudando a Harry a llevar los colives!

Algunas personas de mi colive viajaron desde todas partes, incluidas 2 personas que volaron para venir a mi fiesta de 30 cumpleaños en Nochevieja. No hemos hablado todo el tiempo desde el colive porque la vida es ajetreada para todos, pero hemos estado en contacto, y ese vínculo es tan fuerte que cuando dije "¿queréis venir?", ¡la respuesta fue por supuesto!

Aparte de las personas y amigos preciosos que hice, meditar cada mañana y cada tarde, en esa preciosa rutina, y los talleres que todos preparamos fueron un cambio de vida, ¡lo recordaré el resto de mi vida!

¡No veo la hora de ir a otro y estoy muy emocionada por el futuro de Innate! Espero veros en uno pronto ☺️

If you’re thinking about booking an Innate trip… just book it!
I went to the colive in North Portugal in May 2023 and had the most incredible time of my life. I never realised how beautiful living in community could be and the people who I was fortune to live alongside were some of the most beautiful souls I’ve ever met. I’ve never felt so seen and loved for who I am, being my true self.

Harry has created the most beautiful community of likeminded souls and I feel so grateful to be part of the Innate family now! Edgar is also fantastic at bringing people together and assisting Harry run the colives!

I had a few people from my colive travel from all over, including 2 people flying in to come to my 30th birthday party on NYE! We haven’t talked all the time since the colive as life is busy for us all, we have checked in, but that bond is so strong when I said do you want to come, the answer was of course!

Aside from the beautiful people and friends that I made, mediating every morning and evening, in that beautiful routine and the workshops we all put on were life changing, I’ll remember it for the rest of my life!

I can’t wait to go to another one and I’m so excited for Innate’s future! Hope to see you at one soon ☺️

No sé cómo resumir esto, porque mi experiencia en el colive fue sencillamente inefable... Qué forma de vivir tan alucinante, disfruté de verdad cada momento. La combinación de encontrar quietud a través de la meditación, junto con muchas risas con un grupo de gente encantadora, y aun así recibiendo muchos impulsos de creatividad para mi negocio, fue sencillamente invaluable. Las conexiones que pude encontrar aquí en Portugal, tanto con partes perdidas de mí mismo como con otros seres humanos, solo pueden calificarse de profundas. Si todavía tienes dudas, te insto amablemente a dejar eso de inmediato ;-) Confía en mí, esta será la mejor inversión que puedes hacerte. ¡Me lo agradecerás después!

Unsure how to summarize this, because my experience at the colive was simply ineffable... What a mind blowing way of living, I truly enjoyed every bit of it. The combination of finding stillness through meditation, combined with lots of laugher with a bunch of lovely people, ánd still getting a lot of creativity boosts in my business, was simply invaluable. The connections I was able to find here in Portugal, both with lost parts of myself as well as with others human beings, can be called nothing less than profound. If you are still in doubt, I kindly urge you to stop that immediately ;-) Trust me, this will be the best investment you are able to provide yourself with. Thank me later!

El colive que hice en noviembre-diciembre de 2023 fue a la vez una de las experiencias más transformadoras y más cálidas de mi vida.

Un contenedor que combina práctica continua de meditación con un gran maestro con vibras de campamento de verano, rodeado de seres humanos increíbles. Vivir con un grupo de personas que comparten valores similares pero también etapas de la vida es una experiencia rara en el mundo moderno, pero que a mí me pareció tan innata (juego de palabras intencionado). Y creo que el hecho de que, tras terminar el mes, la gente simplemente no quiera irse y opte por estancias posteriores al colive habla del nivel de conexión humana que se construye. Siento que he ganado una nueva familia, todo en solo un mes.

¡Ya tengo ganas de mis próximas experiencias de colive!

The colive I did in November - December 2023 was simultaneously on of the most transformative, as well as the warmest experiences in my life.

A container that combines continuous meditation practise with a great teacher with vibes of a summer camp while being surrounded by amazing human beings. Living with a group of people sharing similar values but also life stages is rare experience in modern world - but one that to me felt just so innate (pun intended). And I believe the fact that after the end of the month people simply do not want to leave and opt for post-colive stays just speaks for the level of human connection that builds. Feels like I have gained a new family, all within just one month.

Already looking forward to my next colive experiences!

Estuve en un evento Co-live en Portugal. Conocí a gente genial con la que mantendré el contacto.
Hice un trabajo sólido y tuve una introducción suave a un mes en Portugal, ya que el equipo de innate se encargó de todo lo relacionado con el alojamiento y el lugar, lo cual me ayudó bastante.
Estoy muy agradecido por mi experiencia allí.

I was an a Co-live event in Portugal. I met some great people there I will stay in touch with.
I got some solid work done and had a gentle introduction into one month in Portugal as the team at innate handled all things accommodation & location which was a bit help for me.
I am very grateful for my experience there.
