Innate was a beautiful and grounding experience
Innate was a beautiful and grounding experience. For one month, I lived with people from all over the world, from Alaska to Europe, from India and many other places, and together we created a simple rhythm of community that felt natural and meaningful. We stayed across different villas with open doors and open spaces, and it always felt easy to move between houses and be together. We shared meals, skills, stories, and everyday life. Some days we exercised together, cooked together, worked side by side, or went surfing or to the beach. Other days we celebrated birthdays, themed parties, or simply enjoyed calm evenings with gentle conversation. Everyone contributed in their own way through presence, support, humour, and care.
What made the experience truly special was the freedom to just be yourself. Nothing was expected or required. If you wanted to join something, you could. If you needed space, that was completely respected. Over time, that softness and acceptance created trust, comfort, and a genuine feeling of belonging.
When I left, I felt nourished, connected, and grateful. It was more than living in the same place. It felt like being part of a global family where kindness and humanity were present every single day.
