Innate: Innate Basecamp 🇵🇹

Já fiz pessoalmente dois co-lives da Innate, um no Sri Lanka e mais recentemente um em Portugal, e ambos foram transformadores de maneiras diferentes. A oportunidade de se conectar com pessoas de todas as origens, com suas próprias experiências. A oportunidade de co-criar, colaborar em projetos e fazer amizades para a vida toda com pessoas do mundo inteiro.

Com certeza vou voltar para outro, pois é bem organizado, não é sério demais e é muita diversão! Para alguém que trabalha online, na solidão na maior parte do tempo, é um prazer fazer parte de uma comunidade enquanto ainda desenvolvo meu negócio.

I have now personally done two Innate co-lives, one in Sri Lanka and more recently one in Portugal and both have been transformational in different ways. The opportunity to connect with people from all walks of life, with their own experiences. The opportunity to co-create, collaborate on projects and make life-long friendship with individuals from around the world.

I will definitely be returning to another one, as it is well-organised, not too serious and a whole load of fun! For someone that works online, in solitude most of the time, it is a pleasure to be apart of a community whilst still developing my business.

Fiz um mês com o colive da Innate no sul de Portugal, o local era soberbo, o grupo virou uma família em poucas semanas e foi ao mesmo tempo inspirador e relaxante.

Done a month with Innate colive in South Portugal, the venue was superb, the group became like family within weeks and it was both inspiring and relaxing.

Meu primeiro mês com a Innate foi, sem dúvida, uma das experiências mais nutritivas e transformadoras da minha vida.

Passar tempo com a comunidade da Innate demonstrou, na prática, o poder e a beleza incríveis de viver dentro de uma comunidade de pessoas gentis, generosas e guiadas pelo coração.

Desde minha experiência inicial em dezembro de '23, voltei para mais três co-lives e continuo buscando mais formas de trazer um senso de comunidade para o meu dia a dia.

O valor central por trás da Innate é criar um espaço em que as pessoas possam viver conectadas consigo mesmas, com os outros e com a natureza. É uma experiência verdadeiramente linda para qualquer pessoa no 'caminho do meio', ou seja - ancorada no espírito e na conexão, ao mesmo tempo que reconhece e prospera em nossa sociedade capitalista moderna.

Harry, o fundador, é a definição de um empreendedor guiado pelo coração. Fica claro, tanto pelas palavras quanto pelas ações dele, que ele se importa profundamente com as experiências que cria.

My first month with Innate was undoubtedly one of the most nourishing and transformational experiences of my life.

Spending time with the innate community has demonstrated through experience, the incredible power and beauty of living within a community of kind, generous, heart-led people.

Since my initial experience in December '23, I have returned to three more co-lives and have continued to look for more ways to bring a sense of community into my daily life.

The principle value behind Innate is to create a space in which people can live connected to themselves, to others and to nature. It's a truly beautiful experience for anyone on 'the middle path', which is to say - anchored in spirit and connection while acknowledging and thriving in our modern capitalist society.

Harry, the founder, is the definition of a heart-led entrepreneur. It's clear from both his words and his actions that he deeply cares about the experiences he creates.

Some of the most joyful experiences of my life have been within innate co-lives - 10 / 10

Participei do meditation co live em setembro e foi uma experiência absoluta. Foi realizado em uma linda quinta no norte de Portugal. Foi muito bem organizado. Os professores e a equipe eram muito experientes e calorosos. Adrian e Harry criaram um espaço muito bom para o mês.
Também participei de outro retiro de 4 dias que a Innate organizou em outubro.
Me inscrevi no colive de yoga deles em novembro porque são muito divertidos e uma oportunidade de aprender e crescer como pessoa. Além disso, uma chance de conhecer pessoas com a mesma mentalidade interessadas em saúde e bem-estar.
Recomendo muito a Innate.

I attended the meditation co live in September and it was an absolute experience. They hosted it in a beautiful quinta in the north of Portugal. It was really well organised. The teachers and team were so knowledgeable and warm. Adrian and Harry created a really nice space for the month.
I also attended another 4-day retreat that Innate organised in October.
I've signed up for their November yoga colive as they are loads of fun and opportunity to learn and grow as a person. Plus a chance to meet like-minded people interested in health and well-being.
I would highly recommend Innate.

Tive o prazer de passar um mês com a Innate em abril de 2024. Este projeto incrível oferece uma oportunidade fantástica para as pessoas se reconectarem consigo mesmas e com a comunidade, fornecendo um espaço seguro onde os participantes podem explorar e melhorar vários aspectos de suas vidas. Fiz muitos amigos novos e aprendi muitas coisas novas no ambiente lindo e ensolarado de Portugal, o que só melhorou a experiência. Com certeza vou participar de outro colive no ano que vem - mal posso esperar!

I had the pleasure of spending a month with Innate during April 2024. This incredible project offers a fantastic opportunity for people to reconnect with themselves and the community by providing a safe space where participants can explore and improve various aspects of their lives. I made many new friends and learned a lot of new things in the beautiful, sunny environment of Portugal, which only enhanced the experience. I will definitely be joining another colive next year—can't wait!

Eu realmente não tinha nenhuma expectativa do meu co-live da Innate em Portugal, além de experimentar algo novo e um pouco diferente. Mas, uau, pode muito bem ter sido um momento que mudou a minha vida. Na segurança da comunidade você tem uma ótima chance de aprender muito sobre si mesmo! Consigo me ver fazendo disso uma coisa anual!

I didn't really have any expectations of my Innate co-live in Portugal, other than trying something new and a little different. But, wow, it may very well have been a life changing moment for me. In the security of community you really have a great chance to learn a lot about yourself! I can see me making this a yearly thing!

Se você está pensando em reservar uma viagem da Innate... é só reservar!
Fui ao colive no norte de Portugal em maio de 2023 e tive o momento mais incrível da minha vida. Nunca imaginei como viver em comunidade poderia ser lindo, e as pessoas com quem tive a sorte de conviver estavam entre as almas mais lindas que já conheci. Nunca me senti tão vista e amada por quem eu sou, sendo meu eu verdadeiro.

O Harry criou a comunidade mais linda de almas afins e me sinto tão grata por fazer parte da família Innate agora! O Edgar também é fantástico em reunir as pessoas e em ajudar o Harry a conduzir os colives!

Algumas pessoas do meu colive viajaram de todo canto, incluindo 2 que vieram de avião para a minha festa de 30 anos na virada do ano! Não conversamos o tempo todo desde o colive, porque a vida é corrida para todos nós, mas nos falamos, e esse laço é tão forte que, quando eu disse quer vir?, a resposta foi claro que sim!

Além das pessoas lindas e dos amigos que fiz, meditar toda manhã e toda noite, naquela rotina linda, e os workshops que todos nós montamos mudaram a minha vida, vou lembrar disso pelo resto da vida!

Mal posso esperar para ir a outro e estou tão animada com o futuro da Innate! Espero ver vocês em um em breve ☺️

If you’re thinking about booking an Innate trip… just book it!
I went to the colive in North Portugal in May 2023 and had the most incredible time of my life. I never realised how beautiful living in community could be and the people who I was fortune to live alongside were some of the most beautiful souls I’ve ever met. I’ve never felt so seen and loved for who I am, being my true self.

Harry has created the most beautiful community of likeminded souls and I feel so grateful to be part of the Innate family now! Edgar is also fantastic at bringing people together and assisting Harry run the colives!

I had a few people from my colive travel from all over, including 2 people flying in to come to my 30th birthday party on NYE! We haven’t talked all the time since the colive as life is busy for us all, we have checked in, but that bond is so strong when I said do you want to come, the answer was of course!

Aside from the beautiful people and friends that I made, mediating every morning and evening, in that beautiful routine and the workshops we all put on were life changing, I’ll remember it for the rest of my life!

I can’t wait to go to another one and I’m so excited for Innate’s future! Hope to see you at one soon ☺️

Não sei como resumir isto, porque minha experiência no colive foi simplesmente inefável... Que jeito de viver de explodir a cabeça, aproveitei cada pedacinho. A combinação de encontrar quietude pela meditação, junto com muitas risadas com um monte de gente adorável, e ainda receber muitos impulsos de criatividade no meu negócio, foi simplesmente inestimável. As conexões que consegui encontrar aqui em Portugal, tanto com partes perdidas de mim mesmo(a) quanto com outros seres humanos, só podem ser chamadas de profundas. Se você ainda está em dúvida, peço gentilmente que pare com isso imediatamente ;-) Confie em mim, este será o melhor investimento que você pode fazer em si mesmo(a). Me agradeça depois!

Unsure how to summarize this, because my experience at the colive was simply ineffable... What a mind blowing way of living, I truly enjoyed every bit of it. The combination of finding stillness through meditation, combined with lots of laugher with a bunch of lovely people, ánd still getting a lot of creativity boosts in my business, was simply invaluable. The connections I was able to find here in Portugal, both with lost parts of myself as well as with others human beings, can be called nothing less than profound. If you are still in doubt, I kindly urge you to stop that immediately ;-) Trust me, this will be the best investment you are able to provide yourself with. Thank me later!

O colive que fiz em novembro - dezembro de 2023 foi simultaneamente uma das experiências mais transformadoras e mais acolhedoras da minha vida.

Um container que combina prática contínua de meditação com um ótimo professor com vibes de acampamento de verão, cercado de seres humanos incríveis. Viver com um grupo de pessoas que compartilham valores parecidos e também fases da vida parecidas é uma experiência rara no mundo moderno - mas que para mim pareceu tão inata (trocadilho intencional). E acredito que o fato de que, depois do fim do mês, as pessoas simplesmente não querem ir embora e optam por estadias pós-colive fala por si do nível de conexão humana que se constrói. Parece que ganhei uma nova família, tudo em apenas um mês.

Já ansioso pelas minhas próximas experiências de colive!

The colive I did in November - December 2023 was simultaneously on of the most transformative, as well as the warmest experiences in my life.

A container that combines continuous meditation practise with a great teacher with vibes of a summer camp while being surrounded by amazing human beings. Living with a group of people sharing similar values but also life stages is rare experience in modern world - but one that to me felt just so innate (pun intended). And I believe the fact that after the end of the month people simply do not want to leave and opt for post-colive stays just speaks for the level of human connection that builds. Feels like I have gained a new family, all within just one month.

Already looking forward to my next colive experiences!

Estive em um evento Co-live em Portugal. Conheci algumas pessoas ótimas com quem vou manter contato.
Consegui fazer um bom trabalho e tive uma introdução tranquila a um mês em Portugal, já que a equipe da innate cuidou de tudo de acomodação & local, o que foi uma grande ajuda para mim.
Sou muito grata pela minha experiência lá.

I was an a Co-live event in Portugal. I met some great people there I will stay in touch with.
I got some solid work done and had a gentle introduction into one month in Portugal as the team at innate handled all things accommodation & location which was a bit help for me.
