Innate: Innate Basecamp 🇵🇹

Ho fatto personalmente due co-live Innate, uno in Sri Lanka e più recentemente uno in Portogallo ed entrambi sono stati trasformativi in modi diversi. L'opportunità di entrare in contatto con persone di ogni estrazione, con le proprie esperienze. L'opportunità di co-creare, collaborare a progetti e stringere amicizie per la vita con persone da tutto il mondo.

Tornerò sicuramente a farne un altro, perché è ben organizzato, non troppo serio e un sacco di divertimento! Per chi lavora online, in solitudine la maggior parte del tempo, è un piacere far parte di una comunità continuando a sviluppare la mia attività.

Grazie a tutto il core team e agli amici preziosi; Harry, Adrian, Tobias, Valerie e Anya.

I have now personally done two Innate co-lives, one in Sri Lanka and more recently one in Portugal and both have been transformational in different ways. The opportunity to connect with people from all walks of life, with their own experiences. The opportunity to co-create, collaborate on projects and make life-long friendship with individuals from around the world.

I will definitely be returning to another one, as it is well-organised, not too serious and a whole load of fun! For someone that works online, in solitude most of the time, it is a pleasure to be apart of a community whilst still developing my business.

Ho fatto un mese con il colive di Innate nel sud del Portogallo, la struttura era superba, il gruppo è diventato come una famiglia nel giro di poche settimane ed è stato sia ispirante che rilassante.

Done a month with Innate colive in South Portugal, the venue was superb, the group became like family within weeks and it was both inspiring and relaxing.

Il mio primo mese con Innate è stato senza dubbio una delle esperienze più nutrienti e trasformative della mia vita.

Passare del tempo con la community di innate ha dimostrato, attraverso l'esperienza, l'incredibile potere e bellezza di vivere all'interno di una comunità di persone gentili, generose e guidate dal cuore.

Dalla mia prima esperienza a dicembre '23 sono tornato a fare altri tre co-live e ho continuato a cercare altri modi per portare un senso di comunità nella mia vita quotidiana.

Il valore principale alla base di Innate è creare uno spazio in cui le persone possano vivere connesse a sé stesse, agli altri e alla natura. È un'esperienza davvero bellissima per chiunque sia sulla 'via di mezzo', ovvero - ancorato allo spirito e alla connessione pur riconoscendo e prosperando nella nostra moderna società capitalista.

Harry, il fondatore, è la definizione di imprenditore guidato dal cuore. Si vede chiaramente sia dalle sue parole che dalle sue azioni che tiene profondamente alle esperienze che crea.

My first month with Innate was undoubtedly one of the most nourishing and transformational experiences of my life.

Spending time with the innate community has demonstrated through experience, the incredible power and beauty of living within a community of kind, generous, heart-led people.

Since my initial experience in December '23, I have returned to three more co-lives and have continued to look for more ways to bring a sense of community into my daily life.

The principle value behind Innate is to create a space in which people can live connected to themselves, to others and to nature. It's a truly beautiful experience for anyone on 'the middle path', which is to say - anchored in spirit and connection while acknowledging and thriving in our modern capitalist society.

Harry, the founder, is the definition of a heart-led entrepreneur. It's clear from both his words and his actions that he deeply cares about the experiences he creates.

Some of the most joyful experiences of my life have been within innate co-lives - 10 / 10

A settembre ho partecipato al meditation co live ed è stata un'esperienza assoluta. L'hanno ospitato in una bellissima quinta nel nord del Portogallo. Era organizzato davvero bene. Gli insegnanti e il team erano molto competenti e calorosi. Adrian e Harry hanno creato uno spazio davvero bello per il mese.
Ho partecipato anche a un altro retreat di 4 giorni che Innate ha organizzato a ottobre.
Mi sono iscritto al loro colive di yoga di novembre perché sono tanto divertenti e un'opportunità per imparare e crescere come persona. In più, un'occasione per incontrare persone affini interessate alla salute e al benessere.
Consiglio vivamente Innate.

I attended the meditation co live in September and it was an absolute experience. They hosted it in a beautiful quinta in the north of Portugal. It was really well organised. The teachers and team were so knowledgeable and warm. Adrian and Harry created a really nice space for the month.
I also attended another 4-day retreat that Innate organised in October.
I've signed up for their November yoga colive as they are loads of fun and opportunity to learn and grow as a person. Plus a chance to meet like-minded people interested in health and well-being.
I would highly recommend Innate.

Ho avuto il piacere di passare un mese con Innate nell'aprile 2024. Questo progetto incredibile offre una fantastica opportunità alle persone di riconnettersi con se stesse e con la community, fornendo uno spazio sicuro in cui i partecipanti possono esplorare e migliorare vari aspetti della loro vita. Ho fatto molti nuovi amici e imparato tante cose nuove nel bellissimo ambiente soleggiato del Portogallo, che non ha fatto che migliorare l'esperienza. Parteciperò sicuramente a un altro colive l'anno prossimo: non vedo l'ora!

I had the pleasure of spending a month with Innate during April 2024. This incredible project offers a fantastic opportunity for people to reconnect with themselves and the community by providing a safe space where participants can explore and improve various aspects of their lives. I made many new friends and learned a lot of new things in the beautiful, sunny environment of Portugal, which only enhanced the experience. I will definitely be joining another colive next year—can't wait!

Non avevo davvero alcuna aspettativa per il mio Innate co-live in Portogallo, se non provare qualcosa di nuovo e un po' diverso. Ma, wow, potrebbe benissimo essere stato un momento che mi ha cambiato la vita. Nella sicurezza della comunità hai davvero una grande opportunità di imparare tantissimo su te stesso! Vedo che ne farò un appuntamento annuale!

I didn't really have any expectations of my Innate co-live in Portugal, other than trying something new and a little different. But, wow, it may very well have been a life changing moment for me. In the security of community you really have a great chance to learn a lot about yourself! I can see me making this a yearly thing!

Se stai pensando di prenotare un viaggio Innate… prenotalo e basta!
Sono stata al colive nel Nord del Portogallo a maggio 2023 e mi sono divertita come mai nella vita. Non avevo mai capito quanto potesse essere bello vivere in comunità e le persone con cui ho avuto la fortuna di vivere erano alcune delle anime più belle che abbia mai incontrato. Non mi sono mai sentita così vista e amata per ciò che sono, essendo la vera me stessa.

Harry ha creato la più bella community di anime affini e mi sento così grata di far parte ora della famiglia Innate! Anche Edgar è fantastico nel mettere insieme le persone e nell’assistere Harry nella gestione dei colive!

Alcune persone del mio colive sono arrivate da ogni parte, tra cui 2 persone che hanno preso un volo per venire alla mia festa per i 30 anni a Capodanno! Non ci siamo sentiti sempre dopo il colive perché la vita è piena di impegni per tutti, ci siamo fatti sentire, ma quel legame è così forte che quando ho detto volete venire, la risposta è stata ovviamente sì!

Oltre alle bellissime persone e agli amici che ho conosciuto, meditare ogni mattina e ogni sera, in quella bellissima routine, e i workshop che abbiamo tenuto tutti insieme sono stati una cosa che ti cambia la vita, me lo ricorderò per il resto della vita!

Non vedo l’ora di andare a un altro e sono così entusiasta del futuro di Innate! Spero di vedervi presto a uno ☺️

If you’re thinking about booking an Innate trip… just book it!
I went to the colive in North Portugal in May 2023 and had the most incredible time of my life. I never realised how beautiful living in community could be and the people who I was fortune to live alongside were some of the most beautiful souls I’ve ever met. I’ve never felt so seen and loved for who I am, being my true self.

Harry has created the most beautiful community of likeminded souls and I feel so grateful to be part of the Innate family now! Edgar is also fantastic at bringing people together and assisting Harry run the colives!

I had a few people from my colive travel from all over, including 2 people flying in to come to my 30th birthday party on NYE! We haven’t talked all the time since the colive as life is busy for us all, we have checked in, but that bond is so strong when I said do you want to come, the answer was of course!

Aside from the beautiful people and friends that I made, mediating every morning and evening, in that beautiful routine and the workshops we all put on were life changing, I’ll remember it for the rest of my life!

I can’t wait to go to another one and I’m so excited for Innate’s future! Hope to see you at one soon ☺️

Non so come riassumere, perché la mia esperienza al colive è stata semplicemente ineffabile... Che modo di vivere pazzesco, mi è piaciuto davvero ogni istante. La combinazione di trovare quiete attraverso la meditazione, insieme a tante risate con un gruppo di persone adorabili, e comunque ricevere un sacco di spinte di creatività per la mia attività, è stata semplicemente impagabile. Le connessioni che ho trovato qui in Portogallo, sia con parti perdute di me stesso sia con altri esseri umani, non possono essere definite altro che profonde. Se hai ancora dei dubbi, ti esorto gentilmente a smettere subito ;-) Fidati, sarà il miglior investimento che tu possa fare per te stesso. Mi ringrazierai più tardi!

Unsure how to summarize this, because my experience at the colive was simply ineffable... What a mind blowing way of living, I truly enjoyed every bit of it. The combination of finding stillness through meditation, combined with lots of laugher with a bunch of lovely people, ánd still getting a lot of creativity boosts in my business, was simply invaluable. The connections I was able to find here in Portugal, both with lost parts of myself as well as with others human beings, can be called nothing less than profound. If you are still in doubt, I kindly urge you to stop that immediately ;-) Trust me, this will be the best investment you are able to provide yourself with. Thank me later!

Il colive che ho fatto a novembre - dicembre 2023 è stato contemporaneamente una delle esperienze più trasformative e più calorose della mia vita.

Un contenitore che unisce una pratica di meditazione continua con un grande insegnante e le vibrazioni di un campo estivo, circondati da esseri umani fantastici. Vivere con un gruppo di persone che condividono valori simili ma anche fasi della vita simili è un'esperienza rara nel mondo moderno - ma che per me è sembrata così innata (gioco di parole voluto, innate). E credo che il fatto che alla fine del mese le persone semplicemente non vogliano andarsene e optino per soggiorni post-colive dica molto del livello di connessione umana che si crea. Mi sembra di aver guadagnato una nuova famiglia, tutto in un solo mese.

Non vedo già l'ora delle mie prossime esperienze di colive!

The colive I did in November - December 2023 was simultaneously on of the most transformative, as well as the warmest experiences in my life.

A container that combines continuous meditation practise with a great teacher with vibes of a summer camp while being surrounded by amazing human beings. Living with a group of people sharing similar values but also life stages is rare experience in modern world - but one that to me felt just so innate (pun intended). And I believe the fact that after the end of the month people simply do not want to leave and opt for post-colive stays just speaks for the level of human connection that builds. Feels like I have gained a new family, all within just one month.

Already looking forward to my next colive experiences!

Ero a un evento Co-live in Portogallo. Ho conosciuto delle persone fantastiche con cui resterò in contatto.
Ho lavorato bene e ho avuto un'introduzione dolce a un mese in Portogallo perché il team di innate si occupava di tutto ciò che riguarda alloggio e location, il che per me è stato un bell'aiuto.
Sono molto grato per la mia esperienza lì.

I was an a Co-live event in Portugal. I met some great people there I will stay in touch with.
I got some solid work done and had a gentle introduction into one month in Portugal as the team at innate handled all things accommodation & location which was a bit help for me.
I am very grateful for my experience there.
