Innate: Carvoeiro, Portugal 🇵🇹

My first month with innate was undoubtedly one of the most nourishing and transformational experiences of my life. spending time with the innate community has demonstrated through experience, the incredible power and beauty of living within a community of kind, generous, heart-led people.since my initial experience in december '23, i have returned to three more co-lives and have continued to look for more ways to bring a sense of community into my daily life.the principle value behind innate is to create a space in which people can live connected to themselves, to others and to nature. it's a truly beautiful experience for anyone on 'the middle path', which is to say - anchored in spirit and connection while acknowledging and thriving in our modern capitalist society. harry, the founder, is the definition of a heart-led entrepreneur. it's clear from both his words and his actions that he deeply cares about the experiences he creates.some of the most joyful experiences of my life have been within innate co-lives - 10 / 10

Unsure how to summarize this, because my experience at the colive was simply ineffable... what a mind blowing way of living, i truly enjoyed every bit of it. the combination of finding stillness through meditation, combined with lots of laugher with a bunch of lovely people, ánd still getting a lot of creativity boosts in my business, was simply invaluable. the connections i was able to find here in portugal, both with lost parts of myself as well as with others human beings, can be called nothing less than profound. if you are still in doubt, i kindly urge you to stop that immediately ;-) trust me, this will be the best investment you are able to provide yourself with. thank me later!

The colive I did in November - December 2023 was simultaneously on of the most transformative, as well as the warmest experiences in my life. A container that combines continuous meditation practise with a great teacher with vibes of a summer camp while being surrounded by amazing human beings. Living with a group of people sharing similar values but also life stages is rare experience in modern world - but one that to me felt just so innate (pun intended). And I believe the fact that after the end of the month people simply do not want to leave and opt for post-colive stays just speaks for the level of human connection that builds. Feels like I have gained a new family, all within just one month. Already looking forward to my next colive experiences!

I was an a co-live event in portugal. i met some great people there i will stay in touch with. i got some solid work done and had a gentle introduction into one month in portugal as the team at innate handled all things accommodation & location which was a bit help for me. i am very grateful for my experience there.

I went to the zen meditation colive in october in portugal. what a month! i'm not lying if i'm saying it has changed my life for the better. funny because before the month, i was quite afraid of not being a good fit for me, because my social fears, but i have to say, it has totally exceeded my expectations!during this month, i have managed to find a direction on my life, deep enormously my conscious practice through meditation, sharing circles, buddhism talks, kirtan, ecstatic dances and much more. on the social side, i'm lucky to have found such an incredible and shining people, feeling totally comfortable to be myself. i have learned so much from the community.if you are not sure about it because some fears, i totally recommend you to push through and join an innate coliving soon, because it will change your life.

I attended the Zen Co-Live in October 23, in Portugal. I cannot speak highly enough for the care, and attention to detail made by Harry and the Innate team. They struck a great balance between co-ordinated scheduling (EG: the daily Zen sessions, along with some weekly group dinners, etc.) and encouraging an easy flow of organic scheduling (EG: Someone from the group offers an ecstatic dance ceremony, sharing circles, etc.)I also want to emphasise the unique mix of people. Similar (in terms of sheer kindness and many common interests) but different (in terms of backgrounds and experiences).The venue was excellent. The place had volleyball courts, a large shala, several pools, a communal garden area, etc. The staff on the campus were also lovely.Finally, I was very impressed and grateful to be in the presence of Zen teacher Ryoshin, who brought his considerable experience and wisdom to bear on the 30 days together.All in all, a wonderful 30 days together, with some profound moments of connection and heartfulness.I hope to be able to attend another colive soon!
