A 10-day coworking trip in a villa near Málaga, in the south of Spain. Focused mornings, afternoons that open up, and a small group of remote workers exploring Andalusia together.

This September we're heading to the hills just outside Málaga. A traditional Andalusian villa surrounded by white villages, rolling countryside, and views stretching towards the Mediterranean. It's ten days to work, live, and explore together.

This isn't about filling every hour with activities. It's about creating the right environment: a comfortable place to focus, reliable WiFi, and a small group of remote workers who enjoy travelling, sharing experiences, and genuinely connecting.

Some of the best travel memories rarely come from perfectly planned itineraries. They come from unexpected conversations, spontaneous adventures, shared dinners, and the people you happen to meet along the way. That's the kind of atmosphere this trip is built around.

Mornings usually begin with coffee on the terrace overlooking the hills, perhaps a short run or some stretching before opening the laptop. Then comes a few hours of focused work. As the day unfolds, there's time for the pool, a walk through one of the nearby white villages, or simply enjoying the slower rhythm of southern Spain before ending the evening watching the sunset with something cold in your hand.

Our home for the trip is a beautiful Andalusian cortijo in the Axarquía region, one of the quieter and more authentic corners of Andalusia. The villa features a swimming pool, multiple terraces overlooking the countryside, reliable WiFi throughout, plenty of comfortable workspaces, and even a jacuzzi available on request. It's the perfect base for both productive workdays and relaxed evenings together.

We'll kick things off with a welcome BBQ to help everyone settle in. From there, the best moments usually happen naturally. Someone starts cooking, someone puts music on, conversations stretch long after dinner, and before you know it, strangers have become friends.

This is a real coworking trip. During weekdays everyone works their normal schedule, just from a much more inspiring place. Mornings are our shared focus time, while afternoons remain flexible as people finish work and decide what they feel like doing.

Beyond villa life, we'll explore some of Andalusia's highlights together. We'll walk the spectacular Caminito del Rey, spend a full day discovering Málaga's old town, tapas bars and vibrant streets, enjoy relaxed hikes around the Axarquía region, and head to the beach whenever the group feels like it.

The goal isn't to pack the itinerary. It's simply to live a little better for ten days. Work when you need to, switch off properly afterwards, and enjoy the experience with good people in an incredible setting.

This experience is designed for remote workers, freelancers, entrepreneurs, and anyone who wants to combine productive workdays with meaningful travel. You don't need to have joined a coworking trip before—just be open to meeting new people, sharing a home, and saying yes to the occasional spontaneous plan.

The closest airport is Málaga, and the region is best explored by car, so we'll organise shared rental cars for the group. Everything else stays flexible, allowing the experience to adapt naturally to the weather, the season, and the group itself.
