After hosting dozens of coworking trips across Europe, there’s one place that keeps calling me back: Cyprus.

We’ve been there multiple times now, and every single trip has been magic.

Maybe it’s the sound of the waves first thing in the morning… Maybe it’s the golden hour by the pool, or the deep sunset chats with your feet in the grass… Or maybe it’s just the feeling of waking up and thinking:

“Damn, this is exactly where I need to be.”

So this March, we’re heading back.

And if you feel the call too, I’d love to have you with us.

Why Cyprus?
Because it’s still Europe, but it moves at a different rhythm.

Even in March, the sun is warm, the sea sparkles, and the island feels alive and peaceful, the kind of place that makes you breathe a little deeper. We’ll be staying in the same seafront villa I’ve used for past trips a place that truly feels like home.

Two levels of garden, an infinity pool melting into the sea, and enough space to relax, work, stretch, connect, and just be.

From the terrace, sunsets feel cinematic. And everything, from the breeze to the colors to the vibes, invites you to slow down and enjoy.

The Experience
Mornings start slow. We walk barefoot on the grass, sip something warm, and take in the sea stretching out in front of us. Then we settle into work, in one of the many spots around the house by the pool, at a big table, in a quiet corner. No pressure, just presence.

After work, we explore, we laugh, we connect.

We’ll do BBQs under the stars, share good food and better stories, host light workshops, maybe go for a spontaneous night swim… or just sit around and be.

Some nights are calm, others feel electric and somehow, the group always clicks, like it was meant to be.

We’ll also take some time to explore the island: nature, culture, secret gems. Nothing too touristy, just authentic energy, local flavor, and shared adventures.

This trip is simple.

It’s about being in a beautiful place, with beautiful people, doing your thing while feeling present, connected, and inspired.

Nothing forced, nothing fancy. Just flow.

We are looking for 6 to 9 like-minded people who are okay with sharing a bedroom and are ready to join us on this memorable experience. We are looking for like-minded, flexible, and sunny people to enjoy this trip as much as possible together.

I put a lot of effort into matching tripmates to build up a group that can help the success of the experience itself.

The house has 5 bedrooms (each with its own bathroom), great Wi-Fi, and space for 10 remote workers. One of the rooms is an incredible two-level loft suite with a jacuzzi and sea view even from the bath…. And when the group is full, a rental car is included to explore the island together.

Additional costs like groceries, gas, and excursions are shared fairly via Splitwise. We’ll plan our days together, my suggestions are just a starting point.
