After hosting dozens of coworking trips across Europe, thereโs one place that keeps calling me back: Cyprus.
Weโve been there multiple times now, and every single trip has been magic.
Maybe itโs the sound of the waves first thing in the morningโฆ Maybe itโs the golden hour by the pool, or the deep sunset chats with your feet in the grassโฆ Or maybe itโs just the feeling of waking up and thinking:
โDamn, this is exactly where I need to be.โ
So this March, weโre heading back.

Why Cyprus?
Because itโs still Europe, but it moves at a different rhythm.
Even in March, the sun is warm, the sea sparkles, and the island feels alive and peaceful, the kind of place that makes you breathe a little deeper. Weโll be staying in the same seafront villa Iโve used for past trips a place that truly feels like home.
Two levels of garden, an infinity pool melting into the sea, and enough space to relax, work, stretch, connect, and just be.
From the terrace, sunsets feel cinematic. And everything, from the breeze to the colors to the vibes, invites you to slow down and enjoy.
The Experience
Mornings start slow. We walk barefoot on the grass, sip something warm, and take in the sea stretching out in front of us. Then we settle into work, in one of the many spots around the house by the pool, at a big table, in a quiet corner. No pressure, just presence.
After work, we explore, we laugh, we connect.
Weโll do BBQs under the stars, share good food and better stories, host light workshops, maybe go for a spontaneous night swimโฆ or just sit around and be.
Some nights are calm, others feel electric and somehow, the group always clicks, like it was meant to be.
Weโll also take some time to explore the island: nature, culture, secret gems. Nothing too touristy, just authentic energy, local flavor, and shared adventures.
This trip is simple.
Itโs about being in a beautiful place, with beautiful people, doing your thing while feeling present, connected, and inspired.
Nothing forced, nothing fancy. Just flow.

We are looking for 6 to 9 like-minded people who are okay with sharing a bedroom and are ready to join us on this memorable experience. We are looking for like-minded, flexible, and sunny people to enjoy this trip as much as possible together.
I put a lot of effort into matching tripmates to build up a group that can help the success of the experience itself.
The house has 5 bedrooms (each with its own bathroom), great Wi-Fi, and space for 10 remote workers. One of the rooms is an incredible two-level loft suite with a jacuzzi and sea view even from the bathโฆ. And when the group is full, a rental car is included to explore the island together.
Additional costs like groceries, gas, and excursions are shared fairly via Splitwise. Weโll plan our days together, my suggestions are just a starting point.

Well well well, what to say ...
I have already done two experiences with Feel.travel, one in Cyprus and one in Greece. And if I say ''experiences'', there is a reason : This is not only about a new trip on your bucket list, a new country or some random people you meet.
For 7-10-14 days, you built strong friendships, discover people from around the world and live simple but amazing life moments, that you will remember for ever.
Just a few days and you are part of a new family, around the globe.
Nico (The founder) is a super dedicated person, always here to make people happy.
I've also been on a trip organized by Jean-Michel (Yes, I know it sounds french, but he is not the kind of guy with a baguette under his arm). JM is an amazing trip leader, organizing activities, planning restaurants, making sure everyone is happy, but he is also now a really good friend, and such a nice guy !

My co-working trip to Portugal in March 2026 with Feel.Travel turned out to be one of the best decisions Iโve made for myself in the last few years.
Originally, I planned to go to Mexico, but after just two video calls with Marcy, I decided to change direction and join this trip instead. What I felt through those conversations was a sense of trust, ease, and clarity, and it felt like being guided by someone I had known for a long time.
From the first moment, the experience felt natural and well supported. The group dynamic was light, without unnecessary pressure, and everything was organized in a way that allowed both structure and personal space.
Marcy-my original contact for this trip, I found her post on Facebook and replied, played a key role in this. Her presence, energy, and way of connecting with people created a very safe and open environment. The connection and friendship that developed there feels truly special.
Even with some unexpected challenges during the trip, the team handled everything professionally and made sure we could still enjoy the experience.
For me, as someone joining this type of trip for the first time, the level of support and guidance was exactly right. It never felt overwhelming, just well held, with space to connect, work, and enjoy the experience.
Overall, itโs difficult to imagine how this could have been done better.
