Surrounded by mountains, the Adriatic coast, and a peaceful atmosphere, this retreat is designed to help you slow down, recharge, and reconnect with yourself while sharing the experience with an inspiring international community.

Throughout the week you'll enjoy daily yoga and meditation sessions, a headstand workshop, a New Moon manifestation ceremony, Osho Kundalini dance, a raw vegan cake-making workshop, beach yoga, a Shkodra Lake excursion, hikes to nearby waterfalls, and many more wellbeing activities on the beach and in the mountains.

The retreat takes place in a beautiful traditional stone house dating back to 1860. Originally a soap factory and later an olive mill, it has been lovingly transformed into a peaceful retreat full of character and history. Nestled in the mountains above Stari Bar (Old Town Bar), it offers the perfect balance between tranquillity and adventure while being just 15 minutes from the beach. 🏖️

Whether you're completely new to yoga or have years of experience, you'll find a welcoming environment where everyone can practice at their own pace. Expect nourishing homemade plant-based meals, meaningful conversations, time in nature, and space to truly disconnect from everyday life.
