The perfect way to connect with people and reconnect with nature!

I’ve stayed in Lenk with my dog for one month with Hubs, and I’ve loved my experience! I met great people part of the community also working remotely, and got to experience the Swiss alps more like a local by going on amazing hikes and enjoying the town’s Fall festivals in great company. Hubs was the perfect way to connect with people, reconnect with nature, and get a nice vacation feel while working remotely, with all the amenities you need. Would highly recommend the community and choosing Lenk/Switzerland as your next destination!

I had an amazing experience at Hubs in Lenk. The cozy community atmosphere, beautiful nature, and a chance to meet people from around the world made it very special. Lenk is an authentic, charming village where you feel immersed in the locals’ everyday life, and Andy is a fantastic host who handles everything effortlessly. The combination of working remotely, being part of a community and breathtaking surroundings is truly special. I definitely plan to join again and I highly recommend you to join one of the Hubs as well.

I recommend Hubs Travel

I recommend Hubs Travel, and specifically the location in Lenk, without hesitation. I’ve participated in Autumn the past two years, expect I’ll return next Autumn, and hope to visit some of their other locations. I doubt I would have discovered Lenk had it not been for Hubs. For that, I’m grateful. The Lenk and the Hubs communities in partnership create a serene and tranquil environment for both, work and play.

Highly recommended!

I have been Hubs participant at Lenk, Switzerland for 3 months, joining to work as a remote worker for 2 editions.

I wouldn’t think twice before coming here again — I can’t wait to be back, and it has already become an annual ritual to work from this perfect space every fall.

The space is high quality, with desks and monitors for coworking, the views are better than expected – it's exceptional. The location is super close to town center with a lot of trails and mountains around for hiking, so it's the perfect combination of being in the lap of nature while having access to a shopping center and sports facilities. Hubs also has a gym inside the space which is a plus.

Hubs truly has my heart and I will be joining other locations soon! 💛

Everything was wonderful — the rooms, the kitchen, the community, and the coworking areas. Unlike other coworkings, hubs also has community managers working as volunteers that plan and organise community events and make the stay even better.

It was also lovely to connect with other remote workers and feel part of a like-minded community. The people are also mature and respectful of the spaces and community. Additionally, all of this is available at a very affordable price.

I joined the Hubs workation in Lenk and I had the best time. We did a lot of fun activities and I met great people with whom I still keep in contact today. I am planning on visting their other locations as well next year.

One of the best trips I’ve ever had in my life. The team and the place made this vacation all about community and good people. We had tons of activities hikes game nights and much more. I will be back for sure.

I have been living with Hubs in two…

I have been living with Hubs in two different destinations for a total of 5 months during the first half of 2025. My experiences in both destinations, Bovec (Slovenia) and Lenk (Switzerland), were better than I had expected once I booked with them.
All destinations have a dedicated community, and I never felt dull while staying with them. I always found people to hang out with, going for hikes and dining together.
The quality of the accommodations has always been great, and I felt the price to quality ratio was unbeatable.

Hubs.travel is a Fraud

I paid a deposit to Hubs.travel for a long-stay “workation” at Broumov Monastery, advertised at €340/month including breakfast. The same guesthouse charges around €1,900/month (Booking.com). After paying, I was told there were no rooms for me and offered credits for other, much more expensive locations or next year — no refunds. Most people probably just give up.

Other red flags:

No independent reviews or Trustpilot presence.

Website launched late 2023, low traffic, hidden WHOIS.

Marketing via Instagram & WhatsApp, not transparent booking systems.

Community chats dead, no peer verification.

Communication is inconsistent: initial replies, then ghosting. Complain publicly? You get blocked.

Claimed “municipality discounts” are implausible — the monastery is run by a foundation, not the city.

Bottom line: At best, a bait-and-switch lead magnet with tiny staged groups. At worst, a confidence game. Verify directly and use secure payment methods only.

We’d like to clarify that no confirmed booking or payment was ever made for your participation in any of our workations. While we did receive your hosting request 14 days before the start date, we promptly informed you that the edition was already fully booked, which, as you can imagine, is quite common for requests submitted on short notice.

All our reservation requests are subject to availability, and you never received a confirmation from our side, nor did you make any payments for a deposit or reservation.

We understand your disappointment that we couldn’t accommodate you this time. However, we cannot accept any false statements that suggest otherwise, as they do not reflect the actual correspondence or circumstances.

For full transparency, we have records of the full WhatsApp and email conversations confirming that your request was declined and that no booking or payment was processed. We’re happy to forward this correspondence privately upon request, as Trustpilot unfortunately doesn’t allow image attachments here.

We appreciate your understanding and wish you all the best in your professional journey and future travels.
