The Gathering was a beautiful and powerful experience. To be in such an environment with like minded people, from all sorts of backgrounds, was so enriching, and from it I came out with amazing new connections as well as new exciting projects. To be able to collaborate with people you feel this connected with is something really special, and Innate does a fantastic job at being this portal. I was so pleased with the location, the stay, the food, the workshops and additional bits such as the sauna. I recommend and will be joining future Innate events for sure.

I am so glad I followed my instinct and joined the Innate Residency.

Those three weeks curated by the team were pure magic; they created the most safe, soft and supporting space for the group (shoutout to the stunning venue). We had time to learn, reflect, share, cry, laugh, dance and sing; all while putting some working hours (and even playing some padel :)).

The configuration of the Residency made the group of strangers become friends almost instantly, and allowed us to get a glimpse of what living in community can feel like.

There’s definitely a before and after you cross paths with the Innate experiences. My heart is full and longing for the next one.

What Innate is offering was exactly what I was looking for. A silent retreat that allows and encourages movement, rather than forbidding it. Long meditations throughout multiple times of the day and yet enough time and space to explore the uncovered insights during this time - physically and mentally.

Before the retreat I felt drained for years on end. Now I'm full of energy. My workout performance has gone up. I feel clear and grounded in my decisions. Creativity seems freely available. Everything feels a bit more light. Everything feels a bit more right. Thank you for that 🙏

I went on a week long silence retreat with Innate and it was a wonderful experience. I felt safe with the team from the beginning and felt very held by their container. They have put attention into all sort of small details, both practical, logistical and emotional. Thank you!

Innate is much more than a colive, it is a global community of like-minded spiritual people seeking for new ways of living, relating to each other and building business. Every colive is a life-changing experience that fills you with so much joy, exciting ideas, long- term friendships and opportunities. Prepare yourself for deep conversations with people from all over the world from different life paths but all having something in common and every evening being an exciting event ranging from an ecstatic danse or authentic relating to personal development workshop or just a fun night out. An experience not to be missed!

I have now personally done two Innate co-lives, one in Sri Lanka and more recently one in Portugal and both have been transformational in different ways. The opportunity to connect with people from all walks of life, with their own experiences. The opportunity to co-create, collaborate on projects and make life-long friendship with individuals from around the world.

I will definitely be returning to another one, as it is well-organised, not too serious and a whole load of fun! For someone that works online, in solitude most of the time, it is a pleasure to be apart of a community whilst still developing my business.

Innate has changed my life in ways I never expected.

I’ve been to six colives now, and each one has brought a different layer of transformation, the kind that stays with you long after you leave.

Through these experiences I’ve become more confident, more loving toward myself and others, and so much more courageous in expressing who I really am.

The community at Innate showed me what it feels like to be truly seen, supported, and welcomed exactly as I am. I formed friendships that I know will last a lifetime — the kind of connections that make you feel at home anywhere in the world. I’ve also shifted my lifestyle, my health habits, and the way I relate to my own inner world because the environment naturally inspires you to grow.
But maybe the biggest gift was realizing that life can be lived in a completely different way, one that is deeply connected, heartfelt, and authentic, while still grounded in everyday routines and responsibilities. Innate helped me root myself more into my body, my values, and my heart, all while being part of a community that lifts you up.

These colives didn’t just give me memories; they gave me a new way of living. Immense gratitude for it all.
