Ich war Teil einer Hochzeitsgesellschaft, und die Hochzeit wurde wegen Covid abgesagt. Das Hotel und der Hochzeitsplaner Ben haben mir meine Kaution bis heute nicht zurückerstattet. Inzwischen ist fast ein Jahr vergangen. Sie haben Anrufe und E-Mails ignoriert und sich der Verantwortung entzogen. Das ist inakzeptabel und traurig. Ich bin weiterhin offen für ein Gespräch, falls möglich, um die Situation zu klären.

I was apart of a wedding party and the wedding was canceled due to Covid. The hotel and the wedding planner Ben has not refunded my security deposit to this day. It has now been nearly a year. They have ignored calls and emails and avoided accountability. This is unacceptable and sad. I am still open to communication if possible to rectify the situation.
