J'ai fait partie d'un cortège de mariage et le mariage a été annulé à cause du Covid. L'hôtel et le wedding planner, Ben, ne m'ont toujours pas remboursé mon dépôt de garantie à ce jour. Cela fait maintenant presque un an. Ils ont ignoré les appels et les e-mails et ont fui leurs responsabilités. C'est inacceptable et triste. Je reste ouverte à la discussion si possible pour régler la situation.

I was apart of a wedding party and the wedding was canceled due to Covid. The hotel and the wedding planner Ben has not refunded my security deposit to this day. It has now been nearly a year. They have ignored calls and emails and avoided accountability. This is unacceptable and sad. I am still open to communication if possible to rectify the situation.
