Fiz parte de uma festa de casamento e o casamento foi cancelado por causa da Covid. O hotel e o cerimonialista, Ben, não devolveram meu depósito de garantia até hoje. Já faz quase um ano. Ignoraram ligações e e-mails e fugiram da responsabilidade. Isso é inaceitável e triste. Ainda estou aberta a conversar, se possível, para resolver a situação.

I was apart of a wedding party and the wedding was canceled due to Covid. The hotel and the wedding planner Ben has not refunded my security deposit to this day. It has now been nearly a year. They have ignored calls and emails and avoided accountability. This is unacceptable and sad. I am still open to communication if possible to rectify the situation.
