Facevo parte di un matrimonio e il matrimonio è stato annullato a causa del Covid. L'hotel e il wedding planner Ben non mi hanno rimborsato il deposito cauzionale fino ad oggi. Ormai è passato quasi un anno. Hanno ignorato chiamate ed e-mail ed eluso le loro responsabilità. Questo è inaccettabile e triste. Sono ancora aperta a comunicare, se possibile, per risolvere la situazione.

I was apart of a wedding party and the wedding was canceled due to Covid. The hotel and the wedding planner Ben has not refunded my security deposit to this day. It has now been nearly a year. They have ignored calls and emails and avoided accountability. This is unacceptable and sad. I am still open to communication if possible to rectify the situation.
