Fui parte de una boda y la boda se canceló por el Covid. El hotel y el organizador de la boda, Ben, no me han devuelto mi depósito de garantía hasta el día de hoy. Ya ha pasado casi un año. Han ignorado llamadas y correos y han eludido su responsabilidad. Esto es inaceptable y triste. Sigo abierta a comunicarme si es posible para arreglar la situación.

I was apart of a wedding party and the wedding was canceled due to Covid. The hotel and the wedding planner Ben has not refunded my security deposit to this day. It has now been nearly a year. They have ignored calls and emails and avoided accountability. This is unacceptable and sad. I am still open to communication if possible to rectify the situation.
