Ich habe meine Erfahrung mit der Costa-Rica-Edition von Noma Collective absolut geliebt! Das Setup war nahtlos und der Vibe war unglaublich dank der einladenden Community und des engagierten Teams. Javi, unser Community Manager, war immer verfügbar und sehr kenntnisreich – bereit, auf jede mögliche Weise zu helfen, damit wir hatten, was wir brauchten, und alle Erlebnisse genießen konnten, an denen wir interessiert waren. Dazu gehörte, dass er einen Ausflug organisiert hat und mit uns mitgekommen ist, um Meeresschildkröten beim Nisten und Schlüpfen an einem 2 Stunden entfernten Strand zu beobachten! Danielle, die Vertriebsleiterin, hat ansteckende Energie und Begeisterung in jede Aktivität gebracht, was die ganze Erfahrung noch besser gemacht hat. Das Team von Onda ist wirklich über sich hinausgewachsen; ihre Liebe zum Detail und ihre harte Arbeit haben jeden Tag angenehm und stressfrei gemacht. Und ich bin so dankbar für all die anderen Remote-Arbeiter, die ich getroffen habe, und dafür, Teil der Noma-Community zu sein. Es war ein so gut geführtes Programm und wirklich jeden Cent wert!

Absolutely loved my experience with Noma Collective's Costa Rica Edition! The setup was seamless, and the vibe was incredible thanks to the welcoming community and dedicated staff. Javi, our community manager, was always available and very knowledgeable—ready to help in any way possible to make sure we had what we needed and got to enjoy all the experiences we were interested in. This included organizing and joining us on a trip to watch sea turtles nest and hatch on a beach 2 hours away! Danielle, the head of sales, brought contagious energy and enthusiasm to every activity, which made the entire experience even better. The team at Onda truly went above and beyond; their attention to detail and hard work made every day enjoyable and stress-free. And I’m so grateful for all the other remote workers I met and to be apart of the Noma community. It was such a well-run program and genuinely worth it!
