Ich war kürzlich mit Noma auf der Costa-Rica-Reise und sie war unvergesslich! Ehrlich gesagt hätte nur ein längerer Aufenthalt sie noch besser machen können. Es war meine erste Erfahrung, im Ausland beim Reisen remote zu arbeiten, und Noma hat alles mühelos wirken lassen. Die Unterkunft war bequem und hatte alles, was ich brauchte, um anzukommen und produktiv zu sein – es fühlte sich wirklich wie zu Hause an. Ein privater Arbeitsplatz und ein zusätzlicher Monitor waren ein Gamechanger!

Das Programm traf eine perfekte Balance und gab uns einen Vorgeschmack auf alles, was Costa Rica zu bieten hat. Manche Ausflüge waren herausfordernd, aber das machte es umso lohnender, die Energie von Costa Rica anzunehmen. Was die Reise aber wirklich besonders machte, war unser Community Manager Javi. Er hat sich besonders bemüht, zusätzliche Aktivitäten passend zu unseren Interessen einzubauen, wodurch sich alles so viel persönlicher anfühlte. Javis positive, aufmerksame und kenntnisreiche Art hat unsere Gruppe wie eine Familie zusammengebracht.

Alles in allem war es eine tolle Erfahrung, und ich werde sie weiter jedem empfehlen, den ich kenne!

I recently went on the Costa Rica trip with Noma, and it was unforgettable! Honestly, the only thing that could have made it better was a longer stay. This was my first experience working remotely while traveling abroad, and Noma made everything feel effortless. The accommodations were comfortable and had everything I needed to settle in and be productive—it truly felt like home. Having a private workspace and an extra monitor was a game-changer!

The itinerary struck a perfect balance, giving us a taste of all that Costa Rica has to offer. Some excursions were challenging, but they made it all the more rewarding to embrace the energy of Costa Rica. What really made the trip special, though, was our community manager, Javi. He went out of his way to add extra activities tailored to our interests, which made everything feel so much more personal. Javi’s positive, thoughtful, and knowledgeable approach brought our group together like family.

All in all, it was an amazing experience, and I’ll keep recommending it to everyone I know!
