Ho adorato assolutamente la mia esperienza con l’edizione Costa Rica di Noma Collective! L’organizzazione è stata impeccabile e l’atmosfera incredibile grazie alla community accogliente e allo staff dedicato. Javi, il nostro community manager, era sempre disponibile e molto competente, pronto ad aiutare in ogni modo possibile per assicurarsi che avessimo ciò che ci serviva e potessimo goderci tutte le esperienze a cui eravamo interessati. Compreso organizzare e unirsi a noi in una gita per vedere le tartarughe marine deporre le uova e schiudersi su una spiaggia a 2 ore di distanza! Danielle, la responsabile delle vendite, ha portato un’energia e un entusiasmo contagiosi in ogni attività, il che ha reso l’intera esperienza ancora migliore. Il team di Onda ha davvero fatto più del dovuto; la loro attenzione ai dettagli e il loro duro lavoro hanno reso ogni giorno piacevole e senza stress. E sono così grata per tutti gli altri lavoratori da remoto che ho conosciuto e di far parte della community di Noma. È stato un programma così ben gestito e davvero ne è valsa la pena!

Absolutely loved my experience with Noma Collective's Costa Rica Edition! The setup was seamless, and the vibe was incredible thanks to the welcoming community and dedicated staff. Javi, our community manager, was always available and very knowledgeable—ready to help in any way possible to make sure we had what we needed and got to enjoy all the experiences we were interested in. This included organizing and joining us on a trip to watch sea turtles nest and hatch on a beach 2 hours away! Danielle, the head of sales, brought contagious energy and enthusiasm to every activity, which made the entire experience even better. The team at Onda truly went above and beyond; their attention to detail and hard work made every day enjoyable and stress-free. And I’m so grateful for all the other remote workers I met and to be apart of the Noma community. It was such a well-run program and genuinely worth it!
