Amei absolutamente a minha experiência com a Costa Rica Edition da Noma Collective! A organização foi impecável e o clima era incrível graças à comunidade acolhedora e à equipe dedicada. Javi, nosso community manager, estava sempre disponível e era muito conhecedor, pronto para ajudar de qualquer forma possível para garantir que tivéssemos o que precisávamos e pudéssemos aproveitar todas as experiências em que tínhamos interesse. Isso incluiu organizar e ir com a gente numa viagem para ver tartarugas marinhas desovarem e os filhotes nascerem numa praia a 2 horas de distância! Danielle, a head de vendas, trouxe uma energia e um entusiasmo contagiantes para todas as atividades, o que deixou toda a experiência ainda melhor. A equipe da Onda realmente foi muito além; a atenção aos detalhes e o trabalho duro deles tornaram cada dia agradável e sem estresse. E sou muito grato(a) por todos os outros trabalhadores remotos que conheci e por fazer parte da comunidade Noma. Foi um programa tão bem conduzido e genuinamente valeu a pena!

Absolutely loved my experience with Noma Collective's Costa Rica Edition! The setup was seamless, and the vibe was incredible thanks to the welcoming community and dedicated staff. Javi, our community manager, was always available and very knowledgeable—ready to help in any way possible to make sure we had what we needed and got to enjoy all the experiences we were interested in. This included organizing and joining us on a trip to watch sea turtles nest and hatch on a beach 2 hours away! Danielle, the head of sales, brought contagious energy and enthusiasm to every activity, which made the entire experience even better. The team at Onda truly went above and beyond; their attention to detail and hard work made every day enjoyable and stress-free. And I’m so grateful for all the other remote workers I met and to be apart of the Noma community. It was such a well-run program and genuinely worth it!
