¡Me encantó absolutamente mi experiencia con la edición de Costa Rica de Noma Collective! La organización fue impecable y el ambiente increíble gracias a la comunidad acogedora y al personal dedicado. Javi, nuestro community manager, siempre estaba disponible y sabía muchísimo: dispuesto a ayudar de cualquier manera posible para asegurarse de que tuviéramos lo que necesitábamos y pudiéramos disfrutar de todas las experiencias que nos interesaban. Esto incluyó organizar y acompañarnos en una excursión para ver anidar y eclosionar tortugas marinas en una playa a 2 horas de distancia. Danielle, la jefa de ventas, aportó una energía y un entusiasmo contagiosos a cada actividad, lo que hizo que toda la experiencia fuera aún mejor. El equipo de Onda de verdad fue más allá; su atención al detalle y su trabajo duro hicieron que cada día fuera agradable y sin estrés. Y estoy muy agradecida por todos los demás trabajadores remotos que conocí y por formar parte de la comunidad de Noma. Fue un programa muy bien gestionado y de verdad valió la pena.

Absolutely loved my experience with Noma Collective's Costa Rica Edition! The setup was seamless, and the vibe was incredible thanks to the welcoming community and dedicated staff. Javi, our community manager, was always available and very knowledgeable—ready to help in any way possible to make sure we had what we needed and got to enjoy all the experiences we were interested in. This included organizing and joining us on a trip to watch sea turtles nest and hatch on a beach 2 hours away! Danielle, the head of sales, brought contagious energy and enthusiasm to every activity, which made the entire experience even better. The team at Onda truly went above and beyond; their attention to detail and hard work made every day enjoyable and stress-free. And I’m so grateful for all the other remote workers I met and to be apart of the Noma community. It was such a well-run program and genuinely worth it!
