Mushroom Foraging and Cooking Workshop

Forage for mushrooms in the nearby forests with the host biologist, followed by a workshop on how to cook them in traditional Galician dishes.
Includes tastings and recipes.

Sunday 4th

Nature Photography: Capturing Winter
Time: 9:00 AM - 12:00 PM

A beginner-friendly workshop on how to photograph winter landscapes and wildlife, guided by the host. It’s recommended to bring a camera or a phone with good camera quality.

Week 2: Inspiration and Social Connection

Afternoon Party: DJ Workshop & Local DJ Session
Time: 4:00 PM - 8:00 PM

Learn the basics of DJing in a hands-on workshop, followed by a live DJ set from a local artist. Drinks available at special prices (not included in the cost of the coliving).

Sunday 11th

Guided Visit to the Monastery of Carboeiro
Time: 11:00 AM - 1:00 PM

Discover the history and architecture of this iconic site with a local guide.

Week 3: Wellbeing and Relaxation

Yoga and Mindfulness Outdoors

A soft yoga and meditation session in the coliving's gardens, ideal for recharging your energy.

Sunday 18th

Thermal Circuit (Optional)

Enjoy a thermal circuit at the Hotel Balneario Baños da Brea, just 5 minutes from the coliving.

Hiking Route: Secrets of the Deza River

A guided walk through unique landscapes, discovering local flora and fauna with the host biologist.

Sunday 25th

Nature Crafts Workshop
Time: 10:00 AM - 1:00 PM

Create your own handmade crafts using natural materials, such as wood, stones, and pinecones. A creative and relaxing way to connect with the environment. Materials provided.
