This month was my first time traveling…
Questo mese è stata la prima volta che ho viaggiato fuori dal paese per più di un weekend in un resort, e sono stata così grata per la guida gentile offerta non solo da Amanda e JD, ma dalla community di supporto che Amanda ha lavorato per costruire dentro Moksha. Ho sempre sentito di avere un posto a cui rivolgermi per le domande, e una rete di sicurezza di persone esperte a sostenermi quando non pensavo di chiedere. Sono arrivata per un mese in un gruppo in cui molti erano al loro 11º mese, e sono stata accolta anche se i cerchi erano già molto uniti. JD ha trasmesso un entusiasmo genuino che mi ha aiutato a innamorarmi del Perù, e i suoi consigli sui ristoranti non hanno mai deluso! La mia esperienza con Remote Year, anche se breve nella maggior parte dei confronti, è stata indimenticabile e trasformativa!
This month was my first time traveling outside of the country for longer than a weekend on a resort, and I was so greatful for the gentle guidance that was provided not just by Amanda and JD, but by the community of support that Amanda has worked to build into Moksha. I always felt like I had a place to go for questions, and a safety net of savy individuals to back me up when I didn't think to ask questions. I came in for one month to a group of people where many were on their 11th, and was welcomed in even though circles where already ready tight knit. JD provided a genuine enthusiasm that helped me fall in love with Peru, and recommendations for restaurants that never disappointed! My experience with remote year, even though brief by most comparisons, has been an unforgettable and transformitive experience!
