NOMA mi ha assolutamente cambiato la vita. Ho avuto il privilegio di partecipare alla loro escursione in Belize ed è stata a dir poco straordinaria, non solo per la location e le attività incredibili, ma per la comunità e la crescita che ho vissuto.
Quello che era iniziato come un retreat è diventato molto di più. Le persone che ho conosciuto lì non sono solo amici; sono diventate la mia famiglia. Sono persone a cui ora mi rivolgo per consigli, professionali, personali e tutto ciò che sta in mezzo. I legami sono profondi e veri.
L'esperienza è andata ben oltre ciò che mi aspettavo. Ho avuto l'opportunità di imparare sia dallo staff eccezionale sia dagli altri partecipanti, e sono stato onorato di restituire qualcosa attraverso interventi e conoscenze condivise. Che si trattasse di yoga mattutino, immersioni, rafting nella giungla o semplicemente di connessione spirituale con gli altri, ogni momento sembrava intenzionale e significativo.
Anche i dettagli pratici contano: la mia camera era bellissima, le strutture erano progettate con cura con spazi per lavorare e spazi per ritrovarsi. Potevo realizzare ciò di cui avevo bisogno restando pienamente presente con la comunità.
Non posso parlare abbastanza bene di NOMA, non solo per ciò che offrono, ma per ciò che sono e per la cultura che hanno coltivato. Lo staff, il gruppo, la location: tutto si unisce in qualcosa di davvero speciale.
Non vedo già l'ora di tornare e sono incredibilmente orgoglioso di far parte della community di alumni di NOMA.

NOMA absolutely changed my life. I had the privilege of attending their Belize excursion, and it was nothing short of extraordinary—not just because of the incredible location and activities, but because of the community and growth I experienced.
What started as a retreat became so much more. The people I met there aren't just friends; they've become my family. These are people I now turn to for advice—professional, personal, and everything in between. The connections run deep and real.
The experience extended far beyond what I expected. I had the opportunity to learn from both the exceptional staff and fellow participants, and I was honored to give back through talks and shared knowledge. Whether it was morning yoga, diving, rafting through the jungle, or simply connecting spiritually with others, every moment felt intentional and meaningful.
The practical details matter too—my room was beautiful, the facilities were thoughtfully designed with spaces to work and spaces to gather. I could accomplish what I needed to while remaining fully present with the community.
I can't speak highly enough of NOMA—not just for what they offer, but for who they are and the culture they've cultivated. The staff, the group, the location—it all comes together in something truly special.
I'm already looking forward to returning, and I'm incredibly proud to be part of the NOMA alumni community.
