NOMA cambió absolutamente mi vida. Tuve el privilegio de asistir a su excursión a Belice, y fue nada menos que extraordinaria, no solo por el lugar y las actividades increíbles, sino por la comunidad y el crecimiento que viví.
Lo que empezó como un retiro se convirtió en mucho más. Las personas que conocí allí no son solo amigos; se han convertido en mi familia. Son personas a las que ahora acudo para pedir consejo: profesional, personal y todo lo demás. Las conexiones son profundas y reales.
La experiencia fue mucho más allá de lo que esperaba. Tuve la oportunidad de aprender tanto del personal excepcional como de los demás participantes, y tuve el honor de devolver algo mediante charlas y conocimiento compartido. Ya fuera yoga por la mañana, buceo, rafting por la selva o simplemente conectar espiritualmente con otros, cada momento se sentía intencionado y significativo.
Los detalles prácticos también importan: mi habitación era preciosa, las instalaciones estaban diseñadas con esmero, con espacios para trabajar y espacios para reunirse. Pude lograr lo que necesitaba manteniéndome plenamente presente con la comunidad.
No puedo hablar lo suficientemente bien de NOMA, no solo por lo que ofrecen, sino por quiénes son y la cultura que han cultivado. El personal, el grupo, el lugar: todo se une en algo verdaderamente especial.
Ya tengo ganas de volver y estoy increíblemente orgulloso de formar parte de la comunidad de antiguos alumnos de NOMA.

NOMA absolutely changed my life. I had the privilege of attending their Belize excursion, and it was nothing short of extraordinary—not just because of the incredible location and activities, but because of the community and growth I experienced.
What started as a retreat became so much more. The people I met there aren't just friends; they've become my family. These are people I now turn to for advice—professional, personal, and everything in between. The connections run deep and real.
The experience extended far beyond what I expected. I had the opportunity to learn from both the exceptional staff and fellow participants, and I was honored to give back through talks and shared knowledge. Whether it was morning yoga, diving, rafting through the jungle, or simply connecting spiritually with others, every moment felt intentional and meaningful.
The practical details matter too—my room was beautiful, the facilities were thoughtfully designed with spaces to work and spaces to gather. I could accomplish what I needed to while remaining fully present with the community.
I can't speak highly enough of NOMA—not just for what they offer, but for who they are and the culture they've cultivated. The staff, the group, the location—it all comes together in something truly special.
I'm already looking forward to returning, and I'm incredibly proud to be part of the NOMA alumni community.
