A NOMA mudou minha vida de verdade. Tive o privilégio de participar da excursão a Belize deles, e foi nada menos que extraordinária—não só pelo local e pelas atividades incríveis, mas pela comunidade e pelo crescimento que vivi.
O que começou como um retiro virou muito mais. As pessoas que conheci lá não são só amigos; viraram minha família. São pessoas a quem agora recorro para pedir conselhos—profissionais, pessoais e tudo o que há entre eles. As conexões são profundas e reais.
A experiência foi muito além do que eu esperava. Tive a oportunidade de aprender tanto com a equipe excepcional quanto com os outros participantes, e fui honrado em retribuir com palestras e conhecimento compartilhado. Fosse yoga de manhã, mergulho, rafting pela selva ou simplesmente me conectar espiritualmente com os outros, cada momento pareceu intencional e significativo.
Os detalhes práticos também importam—meu quarto era lindo, as instalações foram projetadas com cuidado, com espaços para trabalhar e espaços para se reunir. Consegui fazer o que precisava mantendo-me totalmente presente com a comunidade.
Não consigo falar bem o suficiente da NOMA—não só pelo que oferecem, mas por quem são e pela cultura que cultivaram. A equipe, o grupo, o local—tudo se une em algo realmente especial.
Já estou ansioso para voltar e tenho muito orgulho de fazer parte da comunidade de ex-participantes da NOMA.

NOMA absolutely changed my life. I had the privilege of attending their Belize excursion, and it was nothing short of extraordinary—not just because of the incredible location and activities, but because of the community and growth I experienced.
What started as a retreat became so much more. The people I met there aren't just friends; they've become my family. These are people I now turn to for advice—professional, personal, and everything in between. The connections run deep and real.
The experience extended far beyond what I expected. I had the opportunity to learn from both the exceptional staff and fellow participants, and I was honored to give back through talks and shared knowledge. Whether it was morning yoga, diving, rafting through the jungle, or simply connecting spiritually with others, every moment felt intentional and meaningful.
The practical details matter too—my room was beautiful, the facilities were thoughtfully designed with spaces to work and spaces to gather. I could accomplish what I needed to while remaining fully present with the community.
I can't speak highly enough of NOMA—not just for what they offer, but for who they are and the culture they've cultivated. The staff, the group, the location—it all comes together in something truly special.
I'm already looking forward to returning, and I'm incredibly proud to be part of the NOMA alumni community.
