NOMA hat mein Leben absolut verändert. Ich hatte das Privileg, an ihrem Belize-Ausflug teilzunehmen, und er war nichts weniger als außergewöhnlich – nicht nur wegen der unglaublichen Location und Aktivitäten, sondern wegen der Community und des Wachstums, das ich erlebt habe.
Was als Retreat begann, wurde so viel mehr. Die Leute, die ich dort getroffen habe, sind nicht nur Freunde; sie sind meine Familie geworden. Das sind Menschen, an die ich mich jetzt für Rat wende – beruflich, persönlich und alles dazwischen. Die Verbindungen sind tief und echt.
Die Erfahrung ging weit über das hinaus, was ich erwartet hatte. Ich hatte die Gelegenheit, sowohl vom außergewöhnlichen Personal als auch von den anderen Teilnehmenden zu lernen, und es war mir eine Ehre, durch Vorträge und geteiltes Wissen etwas zurückzugeben. Ob morgendliches Yoga, Tauchen, Rafting durch den Dschungel oder einfach spirituelles Verbinden mit anderen, jeder Moment fühlte sich bewusst und bedeutungsvoll an.
Auch die praktischen Details zählen – mein Zimmer war wunderschön, die Einrichtungen waren durchdacht gestaltet, mit Räumen zum Arbeiten und Räumen zum Zusammenkommen. Ich konnte erledigen, was ich musste, und dabei voll präsent in der Community bleiben.
Ich kann gar nicht genug Gutes über NOMA sagen – nicht nur für das, was sie anbieten, sondern für das, was sie sind, und die Kultur, die sie gepflegt haben. Das Personal, die Gruppe, die Location – alles kommt zu etwas wirklich Besonderem zusammen.
Ich freue mich schon darauf, zurückzukehren, und bin unglaublich stolz, Teil der NOMA-Alumni-Community zu sein.

NOMA absolutely changed my life. I had the privilege of attending their Belize excursion, and it was nothing short of extraordinary—not just because of the incredible location and activities, but because of the community and growth I experienced.
What started as a retreat became so much more. The people I met there aren't just friends; they've become my family. These are people I now turn to for advice—professional, personal, and everything in between. The connections run deep and real.
The experience extended far beyond what I expected. I had the opportunity to learn from both the exceptional staff and fellow participants, and I was honored to give back through talks and shared knowledge. Whether it was morning yoga, diving, rafting through the jungle, or simply connecting spiritually with others, every moment felt intentional and meaningful.
The practical details matter too—my room was beautiful, the facilities were thoughtfully designed with spaces to work and spaces to gather. I could accomplish what I needed to while remaining fully present with the community.
I can't speak highly enough of NOMA—not just for what they offer, but for who they are and the culture they've cultivated. The staff, the group, the location—it all comes together in something truly special.
I'm already looking forward to returning, and I'm incredibly proud to be part of the NOMA alumni community.
