Questo è stato il mio primo viaggio di gruppo e sinceramente sono stato fortunato ad avere intorno persone così fantastiche che l’hanno reso un’esperienza indimenticabile. Sarah, la nostra community manager, si è fatta in quattro per pianificare ogni giorno e sfruttare al meglio il nostro tempo. Ottima comunicazione sugli eventi sociali giornalieri e sulle attività fuori dall’orario di lavoro, andando oltre ogni aspettativa nel soddisfare le esigenze di ognuno di noi. Ci teneva davvero a farci vivere un’esperienza fantastica e Noma è fortunata ad averla!

Gli unici contro di cui parlare sono: 1) la posizione del resort è piuttosto lontana dal villaggio di Placencia, il che fa sentire di essere bloccati nel resort per la maggior parte del tempo, e 2) le condizioni di lavoro non sono ottime: sedie molto scomode, niente scrivanie e nessuno spazio di lavoro privato. Per il prezzo, mi sarei aspettato qualcosa in più da Noma, ma ancora una volta le persone e i ricordi hanno davvero compensato.

This was my first group trip and honestly, I was lucky to have such amazing people around to make it an unforgettable experience. Sarah, our community manager, worked her butt off to plan each day and make the most of our time. Great communication about the daily social events and activities outside of work hours, while going above and beyond catering to each and every one of our needs. She truly cared about us having an amazing experience and Noma is lucky to have her!

The only cons to speak of are, 1) the location of the resort is pretty far from Placencia village which makes it feel like you are stuck on the resort most of the time, and 2) the working conditions are not great - very uncomfortable chairs, no desks, and no private working space. For the price, I would have expected a little more from Noma but again, the people and memories really made up for it.
