Este fue mi primer viaje en grupo y, sinceramente, tuve suerte de tener a gente tan increíble alrededor para hacer que fuera una experiencia inolvidable. Sarah, nuestra community manager, se dejó la piel planificando cada día y aprovechando al máximo nuestro tiempo. Gran comunicación sobre los eventos sociales diarios y las actividades fuera del horario de trabajo, a la vez que iba más allá para atender todas y cada una de nuestras necesidades. Le importaba de verdad que tuviéramos una experiencia increíble y Noma tiene suerte de tenerla.

Los únicos contras de los que hablar son: 1) la ubicación del resort está bastante lejos del pueblo de Placencia, lo que hace que sientas que estás atrapado en el resort la mayor parte del tiempo, y 2) las condiciones de trabajo no son buenas: sillas muy incómodas, sin escritorios y sin espacio de trabajo privado. Por el precio, habría esperado un poco más de Noma, pero, de nuevo, la gente y los recuerdos lo compensaron de verdad.

This was my first group trip and honestly, I was lucky to have such amazing people around to make it an unforgettable experience. Sarah, our community manager, worked her butt off to plan each day and make the most of our time. Great communication about the daily social events and activities outside of work hours, while going above and beyond catering to each and every one of our needs. She truly cared about us having an amazing experience and Noma is lucky to have her!

The only cons to speak of are, 1) the location of the resort is pretty far from Placencia village which makes it feel like you are stuck on the resort most of the time, and 2) the working conditions are not great - very uncomfortable chairs, no desks, and no private working space. For the price, I would have expected a little more from Noma but again, the people and memories really made up for it.
