Die 2 Monate, die ich bei Umaya verbracht habe, gehörten zu den besten meines Lebens! Ich war so inspiriert von den Menschen und der Umgebung, und das ganze Ethos und Angebot, das sie haben, ist unglaublich. Belize ist ein wunderschönes Land und Umaya hat eine tolle Lage in Placencia, eingebettet zwischen einer Lagune und der Karibik, aber auch nah am Ort. An den Wochenenden bieten sie Ausflüge an, die UNGLAUBLICH waren: Ich bin im Dschungel gewandert, in Wasserfällen geschwommen, am Barriereriff geschnorchelt und an Stränden privater Inseln gefaulenzt. Ich kann es jedem wärmstens empfehlen, der über Remote-Arbeit nachdenkt, und kann es kaum erwarten, zurückzukehren ❤️
The 2 months I spent at Umaya were some of the best of my life! I was so inspired by the people and surroundings and the whole ethos and offering they have is incredible. Belize is a beautiful country and Umaya has a great location in Placencia, sandwiched between a lagoon and the Caribbean but also close to the local town. At the weekends they offer excursions which were AMAZING I went hiking in the jungle, swam In waterfalls, snorkelled the barrier reef, and lazed on private island beaches. I’d highly recommend it to anyone considering remote work and can’t wait to go back ❤️
