¡Los 2 meses que pasé en Umaya fueron de los mejores de mi vida! Me inspiraron muchísimo la gente y el entorno, y toda la filosofía y la oferta que tienen es increíble. Belice es un país hermoso y Umaya tiene una ubicación estupenda en Placencia, entre una laguna y el Caribe pero también cerca del pueblo local. Los fines de semana ofrecen excursiones que fueron INCREÍBLES: hice senderismo en la selva, nadé en cascadas, hice snorkel en la barrera de coral y me relajé en playas de islas privadas. Lo recomiendo muchísimo a cualquiera que esté considerando el trabajo remoto y estoy deseando volver ❤️
The 2 months I spent at Umaya were some of the best of my life! I was so inspired by the people and surroundings and the whole ethos and offering they have is incredible. Belize is a beautiful country and Umaya has a great location in Placencia, sandwiched between a lagoon and the Caribbean but also close to the local town. At the weekends they offer excursions which were AMAZING I went hiking in the jungle, swam In waterfalls, snorkelled the barrier reef, and lazed on private island beaches. I’d highly recommend it to anyone considering remote work and can’t wait to go back ❤️
