I 2 mesi che ho trascorso a Umaya sono stati tra i migliori della mia vita! Sono rimasta così ispirata dalle persone e dall'ambiente, e tutta la filosofia e la proposta che hanno è incredibile. Il Belize è un paese bellissimo e Umaya ha un'ottima posizione a Placencia, tra una laguna e il Mar dei Caraibi ma anche vicino al paese. Nei weekend offrono escursioni che sono state FANTASTICHE: ho fatto trekking nella giungla, nuotato nelle cascate, fatto snorkeling sulla barriera corallina e poltrito sulle spiagge di isole private. Lo consiglio vivamente a chiunque stia pensando al lavoro da remoto e non vedo l'ora di tornare ❤️
The 2 months I spent at Umaya were some of the best of my life! I was so inspired by the people and surroundings and the whole ethos and offering they have is incredible. Belize is a beautiful country and Umaya has a great location in Placencia, sandwiched between a lagoon and the Caribbean but also close to the local town. At the weekends they offer excursions which were AMAZING I went hiking in the jungle, swam In waterfalls, snorkelled the barrier reef, and lazed on private island beaches. I’d highly recommend it to anyone considering remote work and can’t wait to go back ❤️
