Os 2 meses que passei na Umaya foram alguns dos melhores da minha vida! Fiquei muito inspirada pelas pessoas e pelo lugar, e toda a filosofia e a proposta deles é incrível. Belize é um país lindo e a Umaya tem uma ótima localização em Placencia, entre uma lagoa e o Caribe, mas também perto da cidade local. Nos fins de semana eles oferecem passeios que foram INCRÍVEIS: fiz trilha na selva, nadei em cachoeiras, mergulhei com snorkel na barreira de corais e relaxei em praias de ilhas particulares. Recomendo muito para qualquer pessoa que esteja pensando em trabalho remoto e mal posso esperar para voltar ❤️
The 2 months I spent at Umaya were some of the best of my life! I was so inspired by the people and surroundings and the whole ethos and offering they have is incredible. Belize is a beautiful country and Umaya has a great location in Placencia, sandwiched between a lagoon and the Caribbean but also close to the local town. At the weekends they offer excursions which were AMAZING I went hiking in the jungle, swam In waterfalls, snorkelled the barrier reef, and lazed on private island beaches. I’d highly recommend it to anyone considering remote work and can’t wait to go back ❤️
