A unique and incredible experience
Fui a Valência com a HP em março de 2023. Como viajante solo muito experiente, decidi mudar um pouco as coisas e experimentar a viagem em grupo. Surpreendentemente, praticamente todos os aspectos da viagem superaram bastante as expectativas:
Moradia - As acomodações eram modernas, espaçosas e muito bem localizadas.
Participantes - Eu temia acabar com um bando de recém-formados querendo curtir, mas felizmente o grupo era formado por profissionais maduros com histórias interessantes e curiosidade sobre Valência e a cultura espanhola.
Eventos - Não sei se já fui tão ativo na vida. Pingue-pongue, futebol, padel, potlucks, jogos de tabuleiro (!), refeições dentro / fora, aventuras paralelas … sempre havia algo divertido ou diferente para fazer … ou a possibilidade de não fazer nada se eu quisesse explorar sozinho.
Facilitadores - Sary e Juan foram excepcionais. Além de serem pessoas genuinamente boas, estavam sempre disponíveis e entusiasmados para ajudar. Parecia que eram amigos saindo juntos em vez de facilitadores fazendo seu trabalho.
Há muito mais que eu poderia dizer, mas … o melhor endosso que posso dar é que vou fazer outra viagem em breve. Até decidi reorganizar todo o meu plano de viagem para o fim do ano para poder participar com a HP!
I went to Valencia with HP in March 2023. As a very seasoned solo traveler, I decided to switch things up a bit and try the group travel experience. Surprisingly, pretty much every aspect of the trip well-exceeded expectations:
Housing - The accommodations were modern, spacious, and very well situated.
Participants - I was fearful that I would end up with a bunch of recent college grads looking to party, but fortunately the group consisted of mature professionals with interesting backgrounds and a curiosity about Valencia and Spanish culture.
Events - I’m not sure I’ve ever been so active in my life. Ping pong, futbol, padel, potlucks, board games (!), meals in / out, side adventures … there was always something fun or different to do … or the ability to do nothing at all if I wanted to explore alone.
Facilitators - Sary and Juan were exceptional. Besides being genuinely good people, they were always available and enthusiastic to help. It felt like they were friends hanging out rather facilitators doing their job.
There is so much more I could say but … the best endorsement I can give is that I’ll be going on another trip soon. I’ve even decided to rearrange my entire travel plan for the end of the year so I could go join HP!
