A unique and incredible experience
Sono stato a Valencia con HP a marzo 2023. Da viaggiatore solitario molto esperto, ho deciso di cambiare un po' le cose e provare l'esperienza del viaggio di gruppo. Sorprendentemente, praticamente ogni aspetto del viaggio ha superato di gran lunga le aspettative:
Alloggio - Gli alloggi erano moderni, spaziosi e in ottima posizione.
Partecipanti - Temevo di ritrovarmi con un gruppo di neolaureati in cerca di feste, ma per fortuna il gruppo era composto da professionisti maturi con background interessanti e curiosità per Valencia e la cultura spagnola.
Eventi - Non credo di essere mai stato così attivo in vita mia. Ping pong, calcio, padel, potluck, giochi da tavolo (!), pasti in casa / fuori, avventure collaterali … c'era sempre qualcosa di divertente o diverso da fare … o la possibilità di non fare niente se volevo esplorare da solo.
Facilitatori - Sary e Juan sono stati eccezionali. Oltre a essere brave persone davvero, erano sempre disponibili ed entusiasti di aiutare. Sembrava che fossero amici che uscivano con noi più che facilitatori che facevano il loro lavoro.
Ci sarebbe molto altro da dire ma … il miglior apprezzamento che posso dare è che presto farò un altro viaggio. Ho persino deciso di riorganizzare tutto il mio piano di viaggio per fine anno per poter unirmi a HP!
I went to Valencia with HP in March 2023. As a very seasoned solo traveler, I decided to switch things up a bit and try the group travel experience. Surprisingly, pretty much every aspect of the trip well-exceeded expectations:
Housing - The accommodations were modern, spacious, and very well situated.
Participants - I was fearful that I would end up with a bunch of recent college grads looking to party, but fortunately the group consisted of mature professionals with interesting backgrounds and a curiosity about Valencia and Spanish culture.
Events - I’m not sure I’ve ever been so active in my life. Ping pong, futbol, padel, potlucks, board games (!), meals in / out, side adventures … there was always something fun or different to do … or the ability to do nothing at all if I wanted to explore alone.
Facilitators - Sary and Juan were exceptional. Besides being genuinely good people, they were always available and enthusiastic to help. It felt like they were friends hanging out rather facilitators doing their job.
There is so much more I could say but … the best endorsement I can give is that I’ll be going on another trip soon. I’ve even decided to rearrange my entire travel plan for the end of the year so I could go join HP!
