Llegué esperando trabajar en mi negocio. Me fui con una relación completamente distinta conmigo misma.

Lo que más destacó fue el nivel de cuidado detrás de la experiencia. No solo el coaching y los talleres, sino todo lo que los rodeaba. La comida, la fotografía, el entorno, la atención al detalle.

Nunca pareció un evento. Fue como sentirse sostenida mientras haces parte del trabajo más importante de tu vida.

Nico aportó visión, desafío y una creencia inquebrantable en lo que era posible. Chiara aportó profundidad, sabiduría y ese tipo de presencia que cambia la sala en silencio. Juntos crearon algo que era a la vez expansivo y con los pies en la tierra.

Hubo momentos de risa, momentos de incomodidad, momentos de claridad y momentos que me dejaron paralizada. De esos momentos que siguen desarrollándose mucho después de haber deshecho la maleta.

Lo que más me sorprendió fue la comunidad. En un mundo que premia el rendimiento, este fue un espacio que premiaba la honestidad. La gente se mostraba tal como era. Sin máscaras. Sin poses. Sin fingir que lo tienes todo claro.

El resultado fueron conversaciones que importaban, conexiones que se sentían genuinas y avances que no habrían podido ocurrir en aislamiento.

¿La mayor conclusión?
El éxito deja de parecer tan complicado cuando dejas de intentar convertirte en otra persona.

Esto no fue solo un retiro de negocios. Fue un recordatorio de quién soy cuando todo el ruido desaparece.

¡Y sospecho que estaré integrando las lecciones de esta semana durante mucho tiempo!

I'm still processing this retreat, which probably tells you everything you need to know.

I arrived expecting to work on my business. I left with a completely different relationship to myself.

What stood out most was the level of care behind the experience. Not just the coaching and workshops, but everything surrounding them. The food, the photography, the environment, the attention to detail.

It never felt like an event. It felt like being held while doing some of the most important work of your life.

Nico brought vision, challenge and an unwavering belief in what was possible. Chiara brought depth, wisdom and the kind of presence that quietly changes the room. Together they created something that was both expansive and grounded.

There were moments of laughter, moments of discomfort, moments of clarity and moments that stopped me in my tracks. The kind of moments that continue unfolding long after you've unpacked your suitcase.

What surprised me most was the community. In a world that rewards performance, this was a space that rewarded honesty. People showed up as they were. No masks. No posturing. No pretending to have it all figured out.

The result was conversations that mattered, connections that felt genuine, and breakthroughs that couldn't have happened in isolation.

The biggest takeaway?
Success stops feeling so complicated when you stop trying to become someone else.

This wasn't just a business retreat. It was a reminder of who I am when all the noise falls away.

And I suspect I'll be integrating the lessons from this week for a very long time!
