Sto ancora elaborando questo ritiro, il che probabilmente dice tutto quello che c'è da sapere.

Sono arrivata aspettandomi di lavorare al mio business. Sono ripartita con un rapporto completamente diverso con me stessa.

Ciò che più mi ha colpito è stato il livello di cura dietro l'esperienza. Non solo il coaching e i workshop, ma tutto ciò che li circondava. Il cibo, la fotografia, l'ambiente, l'attenzione ai dettagli.

Non sembrava mai un evento. Sembrava di essere sostenuta mentre si fa uno dei lavori più importanti della propria vita.

Nico ha portato visione, sfida e una fede incrollabile in ciò che era possibile. Chiara ha portato profondità, saggezza e quel tipo di presenza che cambia silenziosamente la stanza. Insieme hanno creato qualcosa di allo stesso tempo ampio e radicato.

Ci sono stati momenti di risate, momenti di disagio, momenti di chiarezza e momenti che mi hanno bloccata. Il tipo di momenti che continuano a svilupparsi molto dopo che hai disfatto la valigia.

Ciò che mi ha sorpresa di più è stata la community. In un mondo che premia la performance, questo era uno spazio che premiava l'onestà. Le persone si mostravano per quello che erano. Niente maschere. Niente pose. Niente finzione di avere tutto chiaro.

Il risultato sono state conversazioni che contavano, connessioni che sembravano genuine e svolte che non sarebbero potute avvenire nell'isolamento.

Il messaggio principale?
Il successo smette di sembrare così complicato quando smetti di cercare di diventare qualcun altro.

Questo non era solo un ritiro di business. Era un promemoria di chi sono quando tutto il rumore svanisce.

E sospetto che integrerò gli insegnamenti di questa settimana per molto, molto tempo!

I'm still processing this retreat, which probably tells you everything you need to know.

I arrived expecting to work on my business. I left with a completely different relationship to myself.

What stood out most was the level of care behind the experience. Not just the coaching and workshops, but everything surrounding them. The food, the photography, the environment, the attention to detail.

It never felt like an event. It felt like being held while doing some of the most important work of your life.

Nico brought vision, challenge and an unwavering belief in what was possible. Chiara brought depth, wisdom and the kind of presence that quietly changes the room. Together they created something that was both expansive and grounded.

There were moments of laughter, moments of discomfort, moments of clarity and moments that stopped me in my tracks. The kind of moments that continue unfolding long after you've unpacked your suitcase.

What surprised me most was the community. In a world that rewards performance, this was a space that rewarded honesty. People showed up as they were. No masks. No posturing. No pretending to have it all figured out.

The result was conversations that mattered, connections that felt genuine, and breakthroughs that couldn't have happened in isolation.

The biggest takeaway?
Success stops feeling so complicated when you stop trying to become someone else.

This wasn't just a business retreat. It was a reminder of who I am when all the noise falls away.

And I suspect I'll be integrating the lessons from this week for a very long time!
