Ich verarbeite dieses Retreat immer noch, was dir wahrscheinlich alles sagt, was du wissen musst.

Ich bin angekommen und wollte an meinem Business arbeiten. Ich bin mit einem komplett anderen Verhältnis zu mir selbst gegangen.

Am meisten ist mir die Sorgfalt hinter der Erfahrung aufgefallen. Nicht nur das Coaching und die Workshops, sondern alles drumherum. Das Essen, die Fotografie, die Umgebung, die Liebe zum Detail.

Es fühlte sich nie wie ein Event an. Es fühlte sich an, als würde man gehalten, während man einige der wichtigsten Arbeiten seines Lebens macht.

Nico brachte Vision, Herausforderung und einen unerschütterlichen Glauben an das, was möglich ist. Chiara brachte Tiefe, Weisheit und die Art von Präsenz, die leise den Raum verändert. Zusammen haben sie etwas geschaffen, das zugleich weit und geerdet war.

Es gab Momente des Lachens, Momente des Unbehagens, Momente der Klarheit und Momente, die mich innehalten ließen. Die Art von Momenten, die sich noch lange entfalten, nachdem du deinen Koffer ausgepackt hast.

Am meisten hat mich die Community überrascht. In einer Welt, die Leistung belohnt, war das ein Raum, der Ehrlichkeit belohnt hat. Die Leute sind so aufgetaucht, wie sie waren. Keine Masken. Kein Gehabe. Kein Vorgeben, alles im Griff zu haben.

Das Ergebnis waren Gespräche, die zählten, Verbindungen, die echt wirkten, und Durchbrüche, die in Isolation nicht hätten passieren können.

Die größte Erkenntnis?
Erfolg fühlt sich nicht mehr so kompliziert an, wenn du aufhörst, jemand anderes werden zu wollen.

Das war nicht nur ein Business-Retreat. Es war eine Erinnerung daran, wer ich bin, wenn der ganze Lärm wegfällt.

Und ich vermute, dass ich die Lektionen dieser Woche noch sehr lange integrieren werde!

I'm still processing this retreat, which probably tells you everything you need to know.

I arrived expecting to work on my business. I left with a completely different relationship to myself.

What stood out most was the level of care behind the experience. Not just the coaching and workshops, but everything surrounding them. The food, the photography, the environment, the attention to detail.

It never felt like an event. It felt like being held while doing some of the most important work of your life.

Nico brought vision, challenge and an unwavering belief in what was possible. Chiara brought depth, wisdom and the kind of presence that quietly changes the room. Together they created something that was both expansive and grounded.

There were moments of laughter, moments of discomfort, moments of clarity and moments that stopped me in my tracks. The kind of moments that continue unfolding long after you've unpacked your suitcase.

What surprised me most was the community. In a world that rewards performance, this was a space that rewarded honesty. People showed up as they were. No masks. No posturing. No pretending to have it all figured out.

The result was conversations that mattered, connections that felt genuine, and breakthroughs that couldn't have happened in isolation.

The biggest takeaway?
Success stops feeling so complicated when you stop trying to become someone else.

This wasn't just a business retreat. It was a reminder of who I am when all the noise falls away.

And I suspect I'll be integrating the lessons from this week for a very long time!
