Feel.Travel

Habiendo participado ya en 5 viajes, se ha convertido poco a poco en una tradición para mí hacer un viaje de coworking con Feel.Travel a final de año. El entorno de villa cerca de la naturaleza me da tiempo para reflexionar sobre el año pasado, y la inspiración fresca que obtengo de gente afín me da la energía que necesito para restablecer mis rutinas matutinas y trabajar hacia mis objetivos. Estos viajes son verdaderamente especiales y siempre me fascina lo rápido que los desconocidos se convierten en familia. ¡Hasta pronto en la próxima aventura!

Having already taken part in 5 trips, it has gradually become a tradition for me to go on a co-working trip with Feel.Travel at the end of the year. The villa-setting close to nature gives me time to reflect on the past year, and the fresh inspiration I gain from like-minded people, gives me the energy I need to reestablish my morning routines and to work towards my goals. Truly special these trips and I am always fascinated by how quickly strangers become like family. See you soon on the next adventure!

Fue mi primera vez como líder de viaje con Feel Travel, ¡y tengo que decir que fue una experiencia muy divertida y gratificante! Éramos seis personas de cinco países distintos. Cocinamos juntos, fuimos de excursión, hicimos senderismo, bailamos, jugamos, pasamos mucho tiempo en el jacuzzi y mucho más. :)
Tras solo unos días, nos sentíamos como una familia, y se sintió muy vacío cuando todos se fueron tras nueve días juntos en esta preciosa isla de Gotland. ¡Me encantaría repetirlo!

It was my first time being a trip leader through Feel Travel, and I have to say that it was such a fun and rewarding experience! We were six people from five different countries. We cooked together, went on excursions, hiked, danced, played games, spent lots of time in the jacuzzi, and much more. :)
After just a few days, we felt like a family, and it felt very empty when everyone left after nine days together on this beautiful island of Gotland. I would absolutely love to do this again!

Es difícil expresar en pocas palabras lo mágica que es la atmósfera que Nico consigue crear con este tipo de viajes. Llevo más de 20 años viajando y viviendo por el mundo y esta experiencia destacó como algo verdaderamente extraordinario. It’s difficult to express in a few words how magical is the atmosphere that Nico is able to create through this type of trips. I have been travelling and living around the world for more than 20 years and this experience stood out as truly remarkable. Nico is going the extra mile to make everyone feel included, happy and taken care of. You will meet true friends, have meaningful conversation, balance work with leisure and have a chance to properly reflect on your future direction. Being a nomad or simply a remote worker or an expat is not easy. We need people like

¡Gracias por esta experiencia única! Reservé el viaje a la casa de Ella en Gotland y me encantó estar allí. Ella y su marido Anders son los anfitriones perfectos: personas generosas, amables y genuinas con las que es muy interesante hablar. Lo mismo ocurre con mis tres compañeros de viaje. Al final del viaje, ya parecía una familia.

Thank you for this unique experience! I booked the trip to Ella's house on Gotland and absolutely loved it there. She and her husband Anders are the perfect hosts — generous, kind and genuine people who are really interesting to talk to. The same goes for my three fellow travellers. By the end of the trip, it already felt like family.

My overall experience with Feel.Travel was 100% positive, and I'm already looking for my next trip to book.

Una experiencia fantástica. Pasé 10 días trabajando desde una preciosa villa con gente que no conocía, y conectamos al instante. Durante las mañanas y las tardes me concentraba en el trabajo, y luego por las noches y el fin de semana salía con mis nuevos amigos, compartiendo 10 días inolvidables juntos.

¡Lo recomiendo muchísimo a cualquiera que quiera salir de su zona de confort!

A fantastic experience. I spent 10 days working from a beautiful villa with people I didn't know, and we instantly hit it off. During the mornings and afternoons I was focused on work, and then in the evenings and on the weekend I got to hang out with my new friends, sharing 10 unforgettable days together.

I highly recommend this to anyone looking to step out of their comfort zone!

¿Sabéis esos momentos que nos cambian (cambiaron) de muchas maneras en la vida, cómo ahora miramos las cosas de forma distinta, cómo asombrosamente funcionamos y actuamos de forma diferente (para mejor) por esos momentos? Creo que la mayoría de las veces es por algunas personas con las que nos cruzamos. Tu cinismo y tu escepticismo se van por la ventana y sabes que esta nueva forma de llevar tu vida se siente bien, y lo sientes con convicción. Y cómo todos estamos buscando (incluso sin saberlo) a esas personas en la vida que hacen que nuestras vidas sean mejores y nuestros corazones estén llenos. Pues bien, Nico es esa persona y es muchísimo más. En un mundo donde confiar en desconocidos suele considerarse una tontería, Nico te hace creer lo contrario.
Ahora, desde una óptica un poco menos intensa/cursi: también es jovial, sociable, entusiasta, abierto, comprensivo, atento, educado, entendido, culto y súper divertido de tener cerca.
Si estás leyendo esto, dile que sí (a sus viajes de coworking), ¡por favor! Mantén el corazón abierto y para cuando le estés diciendo arrivederci, te darás cuenta de lo acertada que fue esta decisión tuya.

PD: No te sorprendas demasiado si te besa en la mejilla una y otra vez. 😂😎 Es hermosamente cariñoso (siendo un hombre heterosexual, solo puedo decir eso de él).

You know how we all have those moments that change(d) us in many ways in life, how we look at things differently now, how we astonishingly function and act different (for the better) because of those moments? I think most times it's because of some people we come across. Your cynicism and skepticism go out the window and you know this new way of leading your life feels right, and you feel it with conviction. And how we are all looking (even unknowingly) for those people in life who make our lives better and our hearts full. Well, Nico is that person and he's so much more. In a world where trusting strangers is often considered as a foolish thing to do, Nico makes you believe otherwise.
Now, from a slightly less intense/corny lens: he's also jolly, social, enthusiastic, accepting, understanding, caring, polite, knowledgeable, cultured and super fun to be around.
If you are reading this, just say yes to him (his co-working trips), please! Keep your heart open and by the time you are saying arrivederci to him, you'd realise how right you were about this decision of yours.

PS - Just don't be too surprised if he kisses you on the cheek, time and again. 😂😎 He's beautifully affectionate (being a heterosexual man, I can say that only about him).
