Working remotely from Belize with Noma was a fantastic experience. The Noma team were brilliant—friendly, helpful, and quick to make everyone feel settled in. It was easy to get into a good work rhythm, and I ended up meeting some great people from all around the world. The atmosphere was laid-back but productive, with a real mix of interesting people from various backgrounds.
The weekends were amazing - trips to stunning islands nearby, volleyball, big group dinners etc. For anyone looking to work and travel, it’s a perfect balance – you get your work done, and there’s plenty to see and do outside of hours. Would definitely recommend it to anyone considering the same!
