Lavorare da remoto dal Belize con Noma è stata un'esperienza fantastica. Il team di Noma è stato brillante: cordiale, disponibile e rapido nel farci sentire tutti a nostro agio. È stato facile trovare un buon ritmo di lavoro e ho finito per conoscere persone fantastiche da tutto il mondo. L'atmosfera era rilassata ma produttiva, con un vero mix di persone interessanti di ambienti diversi.
I weekend erano fantastici: gite in splendide isole vicine, pallavolo, grandi cene di gruppo ecc. Per chiunque voglia lavorare e viaggiare, è un equilibrio perfetto: finisci il tuo lavoro e c'è tanto da vedere e da fare fuori orario. Lo consiglierei assolutamente a chiunque stia pensando di fare lo stesso!

Working remotely from Belize with Noma was a fantastic experience. The Noma team were brilliant—friendly, helpful, and quick to make everyone feel settled in. It was easy to get into a good work rhythm, and I ended up meeting some great people from all around the world. The atmosphere was laid-back but productive, with a real mix of interesting people from various backgrounds.
The weekends were amazing - trips to stunning islands nearby, volleyball, big group dinners etc. For anyone looking to work and travel, it’s a perfect balance – you get your work done, and there’s plenty to see and do outside of hours. Would definitely recommend it to anyone considering the same!
