Télétravailler depuis le Belize avec Noma a été une expérience fantastique. L'équipe Noma était brillante : sympathique, serviable et rapide à mettre tout le monde à l'aise. Il était facile de trouver un bon rythme de travail, et j'ai fini par rencontrer de super gens du monde entier. L'ambiance était décontractée mais productive, avec un vrai mélange de gens intéressants d'horizons variés.
Les week-ends étaient géniaux : excursions vers de superbes îles voisines, volley, grands dîners de groupe, etc. Pour quiconque veut travailler et voyager, c'est un équilibre parfait : on fait son travail, et il y a plein de choses à voir et à faire en dehors des heures de travail. Je recommanderais définitivement à quiconque envisage la même chose !

Working remotely from Belize with Noma was a fantastic experience. The Noma team were brilliant—friendly, helpful, and quick to make everyone feel settled in. It was easy to get into a good work rhythm, and I ended up meeting some great people from all around the world. The atmosphere was laid-back but productive, with a real mix of interesting people from various backgrounds.
The weekends were amazing - trips to stunning islands nearby, volleyball, big group dinners etc. For anyone looking to work and travel, it’s a perfect balance – you get your work done, and there’s plenty to see and do outside of hours. Would definitely recommend it to anyone considering the same!
