...if you decide to join us this November: waking up from jungle sounds around your private cabin (think howler monkeys and tropical birds!), ready to begin another awesome day. Maybe you head straight for a fresh Panamanian coffee and start working in the outdoor cowork space? Or do you prefer grabbing a surfboard and walking to the beach to catch some morning waves before work?

It’s all up to you and I’m here to facilitate your wildest workation dreams! Maybe you plan on taking some hours off to explore all that Playa Venao has to offer like yoga classes, massages, therapies, beautiful sunsets and amazing food. On the weekends we’ll go on adventure trips exploring new waters, get our feet in the sand and maybe even dance the night away…

We’ll be a group of motivating remote workers ready to crush it together. The workation program is designed to give you plenty of space to schedule focus hours and get productive, but also aimed at bringing new inspiration and exchanging ideas. We’ll dive deep into our goals and plans with personal development workshops and offer daily meditation sessions for a clear mindset. Our aim is to help you thrive in a new environment, spending non-work hours truly connecting with the abundance that Playa Venao gives us. You can choose to participate in tailored events with local foundations, giving back to nature by learning about the local ecosystem and volunteering.

Everytime I work from a new destination, I take something special from that place with me and it always amazes me how it integrates into my personal and professional path. Workations allow me to see things from a different perspective, learn new skills and get inspired by those around me. I feel a deep sense of gratitude that I allow myself to live and work this way, thriving in both my career and personal interests. I would love to share this experience with you!

About the workation host
My name is Anouk and I’ve been working and traveling around the world since 2019. As a freelance project manager, I love organizing and bringing people together. I preferably work from a beach so I can catch waves during my free time. After years of traveling mostly by myself, I noticed that I was craving deeper connections with like-minded remote workers. At the same time, so many people would ask me how I could make digital nomad life look so easy.

They seemed to have all these limiting beliefs on how difficult it would be to work remotely from places like Panama. So I’m here to show you exactly how I do it and put all of my best experiences over these 4.5 years into a tailor made workation!
