The Work Wanderers retreat in Cape Town was a really amazing experience. I've been travelling for years and I've lived in 5+ colivings. The Work Wanderers experience went above and beyond. With skills shares, coaching sessions, and various excursions and nights out, there is a great mix of activities.Whether you are a new traveler or an experienced one looking to build more community, WW is for you. I joined the Cape Town retreat in February 2022 and it was the best way to ease into the digital nomad lifestyle. Andrae welcomed us to Cape Town with open arms and gave us an amazing month long experience. The coliving villa was spectacular, with incredible views and and so many places to work. I was more productive during the retreat than I am at home, and loved the opportunity to connect with other likeminded individuals and to bounce ideas off them. Andrae organized helpful masterminds and skillshares, as well as outings in Cape Town so we could have not just the tourist experience, but a local experience as well. Her well organized trips helped me connect with other digital nomads from around the world and many have become good friends. The Work Wanderers retreat was an amazing experience and I look forward to joining Andrae on another retreat soon!

Andrae is a great coach. She gave me so much clarity and organization throughout the process. I came with a vague idea of what I wanted to do and now I have a clear business idea with specific products and services, a help statement, the copy for my website, a clear objective of what I want to achieve by the end of the year, and a plan to keep moving forward. Andrae has the ability to organize your ideas and put them on paper in a very simple way, which is amazing and very useful when you have lots of ideas in your mind, which usually entrepreneurs do. I really enjoyed the group coaching calls. They were collaborative, inspiring, and we could help each other with our own experiences. Accountability was a huge part of this program, which is necessary to keep you on track when starting a business or changing careers. The 1 to 1 calls were very helpful as they were totally personalized to my own needs. I wish I had more of these. Three months of continuous progress.

Andrae really helped me get clearer on how to elevate my business in way that helped me to not only increase my rates during the coaching program but to simplify my processes and communication methods. My last month is the program was my highest income ever!!! I'm looking forward to when the world opens up and I'm able to use the Digital Nomad skills that I learned.

Andrae is a wealth of knowledge and a fantastic coach! She was instrumental in helping me find clarity, define my goals, and break them down into actionable steps. She is understanding, supportive, and reminds you to celebrate your wins, no matter how small. I had a free session with Andrea. She created a vision board in minutes. Literally all the confusion went away. This session was very valuable. She is good with her skills. She can guide in the right direction based on the skill set. She created an action plan for me for the next one year. I want to join her coaching program in 2021 and work more closely with her. This was my very first experience at a 'live in retreat' I love co-working and have had a couple experiences of co-living before, but up until now they were your own hotel 'like' room in a complex, rather than a big shared house. The Work Wanderers retreat was one enormous house with shared common areas and it allowed for more opportunities for socializing and relationship building that I had experienced before. I have to say the whole experience was incredible. It was a refreshing change for me, as I run 3 businesses and have been travelling for 17 months now and if I'm by myself I just don't schedule in a lot of free/down time. What surprised me on this retreat was how productive I was during the month I was there but at the same time was able to experience a great work/life balance which is sometimes hard when you are by yourself and isolated. It's normally more work less down time! But the down time was an opportunity to connect and recharge and as everyone had their own projects, everyone 'got it' when it came to work time. The skill-sharing was invaluable and the masterclasses were first class. I can't recommend it enough! so well thought out, and extremely well organised down to the last detail, local sims, bus passes, airport pickups, local knowledge, all invaluable when you are coming to a strange country. Andrea was a wealth of knowledge and was so welcoming and you could see she loves what she does, and every thing is done with an energy and passion that is infectious. I will treasure my time spent in Cape Town and the friendships that were made. I'm already planning my next retreat, maybe I'll see you there!

The workation in South Africa with Work wanderers has been an amazing experience, I loved everything. Andrae is very welcoming and she was there to support us fully. Both the leisure activities and the professional ones were wonderful. I could not have had a better experience with Work Wanderers. This was the ideal retreat for a remote worker. The accommodations and workspace were beautiful and had perfect locations. I appreciated that this experience was very social and Andrae facilitated weekend adventures, but during the week there were not many- if any- 'group' activities, which allowed me to be super productive. Everyone on the retreat was ages 26 - 55, and while we had a blast together, it was much more of a 'go climb a mountain' or 'have fascinating conversations while making dinner' kind of group of people, as opposed to a bunch of 20-somethings trying to get wasted every night. I will DEFINITELY be going on another Work Wanderers retreat this year, and I would highly recommend this experience to all remote workers who are trying to balance travel, working, and making life long connections.

I went on the Work Wanderers retreat not really knowing what to expect but honestly by the end of the first day I knew it was going to be amazing! Getting to co-live and work with other digital nomads was such an inspirational and motivating experience, and one that I will never forget. I was able to make lifelong friendships, experience some of the best things Cape Town and the surrounding area have to offer and I gained a ton of knowledge from the skill shares and chats with everyone else that was on the retreat. Andrae is such an amazing host and I can't wait to see where she hold's the retreats next because I will defo be joining another one!

To spend time with people, which have the same mindset and are open-minded, is rare but very valuable and lets you grow. Everyone has the attitude "getting s*** done" but in the spare time, we got to explore the city together. The team of Work Wanderers knows what they are doing and how to launch a successful retreat. Joined work wanders retreat in Cape Town for 6 weeks. It was the first time I shared time with other digital nomads and that was a wonderful experience. I met great people, now friends, and surprisingly I also learnt a lot about myself and what I want to do in the future. If you're keen to spend time with other knowledgeable people that live like you then it's the perfect spot.
