I could not have had a better experience with Work Wanderers. This was the ideal retreat for a remote worker. The accommodations and workspace were beautiful and had perfect locations. I appreciated that this experience was very social and Andrae facilitated weekend adventures, but during the week there were not many- if any- 'group' activities, which allowed me to be super productive. Everyone on the retreat was ages 26 - 55, and while we had a blast together, it was much more of a 'go climb a mountain' or 'have fascinating conversations while making dinner' kind of group of people, as opposed to a bunch of 20-somethings trying to get wasted every night. I will DEFINITELY be going on another Work Wanderers retreat this year, and I would highly recommend this experience to all remote workers who are trying to balance travel, working, and making life long connections.
