A gentle space for inner reflection, connection and beauty.
This retreat is created for women of different ages, from younger women in transition to women in midlife and beyond. We believe deeply in bridging generations: that women can learn from each other’s stories, choices and seasons of life.

You don’t need any previous experience with retreats. You just need a wish to breathe, to feel and to be together with other women in an honest, respectful way.

• you feel a pull towards a slower, more honest way of being with yourself and others
• you appreciate quality, beauty and meaningful experiences more than mass tourism
• you are curious about inner growth, but prefer a grounded, respectful approach

You don’t have to fit a specific age or lifestyle. You just need to be open to meeting yourself and other women with kindness.

• Slow mornings with light movement, breath and unhurried breakfast
• Time by the sea, walks in nature, discovering small corners of Thassos
• Shared meals with simple, local food
• Quiet afternoons for rest, journaling, swimming or doing nothing
• Evening circles with gentle reflection and sharing (always optional)

Every activity is an invitation, not an obligation. You choose how you want to participate.
