Tive a sorte de passar um tempo no Château Coliving e, sinceramente, foi uma das experiências mais inspiradoras que já tive. O château em si é lindo — restaurado com cuidado, decorado com elegância e cercado pelo tranquilo campo da Normandia. Os quartos são claros, confortáveis e cheios de personalidade, com tudo de que você precisa para se sentir em casa.

Mas o que torna este lugar extraordinário é a comunidade. É uma verdadeira família de pessoas gentis, criativas e interessantes de todo o mundo. An exceptional coliving & coworking experience in Normandy

I’ve been lucky enough to spend time at Château Coliving, and it’s honestly one of the most inspiring experiences I’ve ever had. The château itself is beautiful — thoughtfully restored, elegantly decorated, and surrounded by peaceful Normandy countryside. The rooms are bright, comfortable, and full of character, with everything you need to feel at home.

But what makes this place extraordinary is the community. It’s a genuine family of kind, creative, and interesting people from all over the world. We shared dinners, afternoon teas, game nights (“Among Us” nights here are legendary), art sessions, skill shares, and hikes through the nearby countryside and along the coastline. The hosts also organize amazing day trips — to places like Bayeux, Étretat, Mont-Saint-Michel, Granville, and Dieppe — that make you fall even more in love with Normandy.

If you’re looking for a place where you can focus, create, and feel instantly welcome, this is it. Château Coliving provides the perfect environment for productivity, friendship, and inspiration. I’ll always carry my time here in my heart. 💛

Passei um mês morando no château, e que mês mágico! Quase toda avaliação provavelmente dirá isso, e há um motivo. Conheci as pessoas mais incríveis, comi comida deliciosa, vivi como um rei e aprendi muita história. Com certeza voltarei e recomendo muito a quem estiver pensando em ficar aqui que faça isso.

I spent a month living in the chateau, and what a magical month! Almost every review will probably say that, and there's a reason. I met the most amazing people, ate delicious food, lived like a king, and learned a lot of history. I will definitely return, and I highly recommend anybody considering staying here to do it.

Tive um mês verdadeiramente incrível no Chateau Coliving em agosto de 2025. Esperei por isso durante meses e criei muita expectativa na minha imaginação, então fiquei um pouco preocupada de não corresponder, mas na verdade superou.

O château em si é espaçoso, mas não enorme - meio que perfeito, pequeno o bastante para parecer aconchegante e familiar, mas grande o bastante para conseguir ter seu próprio espaço. Uma grande preocupação era a cozinha - com 22 colivers, achei que ficaria lotada nos horários das refeições, mas isso raramente acontecia porque as pessoas tinham horários muito diferentes. E eu adorava encontrar um ou dois amigos quando entrava na cozinha. Muito fácil e confortável.

A melhor coisa desta experiência é a gestão cuidadosa da comunidade. A equipe fez um trabalho incrível ao nos receber e ajudar nosso grupo a se entrosar de forma autêntica e rápida. No fim da primeira semana, estávamos todos próximos e conectados, o que é notável.

As instalações são um pouco desgastadas e rústicas, o que era o que eu esperava, mas vale o aviso se você espera uma experiência de resort cinco estrelas! Este é um lugar caseiro, o que significa móveis com marcas de uso (muitos deles antiguidades cheias de charme e personalidade!) E eu ADOREI meu quarto com banheiro compartilhado. Me senti super especial. No geral, uma experiência realmente ótima; vou voltar!

I had a truly incredible month at Chateau Coliving in August 2025. I looked forward to it for months and really built it up in my imagination, so was a little worried it wouldn’t live up to expectations but in fact it exceeded them.

The chateau itself is spacious but not huge - kind of perfect, small enough to feel cozy and familiar but big enough to be able to get space to yourself. One big concern was the kitchen - with 22 colivers I thought it would get slammed at meal times, but this rarely happened because people were on such different schedules. And I loved bumping into one or two friends when I wandered into the kitchen. Very easy and comfortable.

The best thing about this experience is the thoughtful community management. The team did an amazing job at welcoming us and helping our group to gel authentically and quickly. By the end of the first week, we were all close and connected, which is remarkable.

The facilities are a little worn and rustic, which was what I expected, but worth flagging if you’re expecting a five star resort experience! This is a homey place, which means lived-in furniture (many of which are antiques with tons of charm and character!) And I LOVED my room with shared bath. Felt super special. Altogether a really great experience; I’ll be back!

O melhor co-live em que já estive! Lugar incrível para se desconectar por um mês. Os anfitriões são incríveis e o lugar em si tem tudo de que você precisa e mais. Arrisque, vá conhecer uns estranhos por um mês que viram família.

Minha empresa passou uma semana espetacular aqui. Minha suíte era gloriosa, com janelas gigantes de frente para jardins impecáveis e uma enorme banheira com pés. Os espaços de trabalho eram bem equipados (tomadas, mesas e monitores para alugar) e a cozinha grande o bastante para cozinharmos juntos. Até fizemos uma fogueira numa noite. Um ótimo lugar para um retiro de equipe!

My company enjoyed a spectacular week here. My suite was glorious, with giant windows overlooking immaculate grounds, and a huge clawfoot tub. The work spaces were well equipped -- place of power, tables, and monitors for rent -- and the kitchen large enough for us to cook together. We even had a bonfire one night. A great place for a team retreat!

Uma palavra: MÁGICO! É difícil descrever o quanto este lugar e a equipe incrível que o administra são especiais, e o quanto o château é querido no meu coração. Quer viver como um aristocrata em um castelo histórico de tirar o fôlego, em terrenos verdes e extensos no coração da Normandia, onde você pode se empanturrar diariamente com os melhores queijos e vinhos (e ainda assim acessíveis!)? Quer uma equipe dedicada e trabalhadora que realmente se importa com você cuidando do lugar, que entende o que significa fomentar comunidade no dia a dia? Este lugar entrega de sobra. Eles cuidam de tudo, você só precisa aparecer—de jantares semanais em grupo e atividades diárias de sobra, a passeios de fim de semana explorando adoráveis cidades medievais e litoral selvagem, a um excelente coworking onde consegui fazer tudo o que precisava. Já visitei duas vezes e voltaria num piscar de olhos. Conheci pessoas que serão amigas para a vida toda e aprendi muito sobre mim aqui. Além disso, se você é amante de história, especialmente da Segunda Guerra, esta propriedade e a região ao redor são como um tour histórico que ganha vida! Eu simplesmente amo o château!

One word: MAGICAL! It’s hard to describe how special this place and the incredible team who run it are, and how dear the chateau is in my heart. Want to live like an aristocrat in a breathtaking historical castle on sprawling green grounds in the heart of Normandy, where you can daily stuff yourself with the finest (yet affordable!) cheeses and wine? Want a dedicated, hardworking team who truly cares about you running the place, who understand what it means to foster community on the daily? This place will deliver in spades. They take of everything, you just have to show up—from weekly group dinners and daily activities galore, to weekend outings exploring adorable medieval towns and rugged coastline, to excellent an coworking where I could get everything done that I needed to. I’ve visited twice now and would go back in a heartbeat. I’ve met people who will be lifelong friends and learned so much about myself here. Plus, if you’re a history lover, especially ww2, this property and the surrounding area is like a history tour come to life! I just love the chateau!
